So to have a successful, sustainable, have many qualities that each of us have, but we can not use them, so we must educate in this respect, the only way we will succeed.

The only way is to advertise to get new members. Now everything depends from person to osbe who will understand this business, which will want to engage in this business, who will believe that this is not a fraud, who will listen to you as your sponsor and who wants to be successful in this business. Depends on any member of the encounter because not everyone is willing to work a register only and do not do their fast track to hear what kind of work comes when you start to make the deal. Let them burn themselves out. Then when they have no clue of what to do next, step in. On the other hand, they might just surprise you and make it happen! Unless you are saying somebody, believes they are going to get rich over night. In that situation, you just have to tell them and hope they are willing to put in the work.

I always press on showing them success with a report card. What that means is letting them know that you achieved success not overnight but gradually. If you are fairly new and you are yourself struggling then still show them how much you believe in this system and what you have gained and you are still willing to do what so ever to stick to your plan.

Any business for that matter requires time to build and that is what you need to explain to an enthusiastic PSA who would just like to see the results.

Give them a few examples by telling them "Nothing is free". You need to invest time and time is money.

If I was asked to do nothing and still get the pay check at my work place I would think the world has changed overnight and that will never happen.

This is your work zone and you should take it seriously. When I work on SFI business I take it seriously as I believe in this system.

Tell them that this will take time and they should keep trying and that they will achieve success.

Try Try till you succeed!

If so then believe in the proverb and make them believe in too!

Success is not an overnight journey! It takes a while to reach the destination!

They say 'good things take time and patient" If we all have the quick fix solution to everything we would all be doing it ourselves. Please don't take this the wrong way. If I understood SFI affiliate business, it's a systematic process built to help educate its affiliate members on how to get from A-Z by giving its members the necessary steps to earn points, privileges, rewards and much more to make the process fun, entertaining and rewarding for those who participate in some or all the given activities. SFI is no magic bullet to the quick fix financial solution most people demand or expect. You will only be setting yourself up for disappointment. My advice is just do the activities and build your business value points and when you have a budget set aside to invest in opportunities SFI offer then you can buy a standing order to boost your rank and help you improve your chances of earning a commission. SFI affiliate is the only business opportunity I know today that let you its platform for free. You only pay when you are ready to invest in what's on offer. I hope this can be of some help to you. You can show your affiliates the best ways to make money on SFI but no matter what income stream used it is not going to make money NOW it is still going to take time. You can show your affiliates how to make money by referring Wave 3 members and then if they get referrals they can be entered into the sweepstakes and then win a cash prize of $250.00 so the point I am trying to make here is that making money on SFI takes work, the length of time it takes depends on the type of work, and how much effort is being put in.

The most important thing you have to teach your affiliates is what it is taught in the bible, You reap what you sow. But you see now matter what you sow, whether is is pumpkins, potatoes, or cabbage it takes work to plant the seeds and work the soil and then you have to spend months watering, providing sunlight, and fertilizing for the plants to grow: Plants do not grow over night.

The same principle rings true on SFI so this is what you have to teach your affiliates, SFI is like a cotton field, you have to plant, then you have to tend the seeds you planted on a regular basis and then in time the cotton will grow so you see you cannot expect to reap if you did not sow!

Any successful business requires certain basic but important elements without which, you will be left wondering what you have got yourself into. These include
a). Being passionate about what you do
b). Not working by the clock
c). Diversification
d). Positive Attitude
e). Investment

When you take all the above, it goes without saying that you will need to spend TIME. This is not a 9 to 5 job and your input as a business owner requires your time. In the same way an offline business runs, unless you are involved in an illegal deal, overnight success is not going to happen and your earnings will be based on your time to find active affiliates with whom you will build an income.

I like to EMPHASIZE that this is not a quick rich scheme immediately I introduce SFI to anyone and it prepares them to understand how income builds up. This is not difficult because I talk about my journey, my climb to aim to the top. And, I have many areas to draw my inspiration from. I have my first hand experience to show the Affiliates what I have achieved with time.

I keep regular snapshots of my 3 months' progress, my monthly Scoreboard and I can easily pick up my average earnings to explain how my achievements are directly related to the Movers on my list, their qualifications and how active they are. At this point it is easy to discuss the reality that you can earn a high income but even if you recruit 5 people who we assume will become leaders in their first month, there is absolutely no guarantee that that will maintain their leadership level on a long term. Therefore, it takes time to establish and know who will be in the business long term.

This means you must also be patient before you can call yourself successful. You would have to see the progress of the affiliates under you especially the PSAs who will most likely join you a few days or a few hours after you! For instance initially when I recruited 2 PSAs, 1 of them has been with me since but the 2nd one deserted the business after finding it a chore not to have an active team. These factors have to be taken into account and this definitely is a factor in how slowly or progressively you will move. So expecting richness or success quickly will not happen and such examples help new affiliates understand the concept better.

Finally, I find out a little more detail about the new recruit and then use that in relevance to SFI. One of my downlines is a farmer - it's not a full time occupation but I ask her about her harvest. Does she get the fruit immediately she plants? She answers this without getting anxious about not being able to become successful in a few months. Personal examples are a good way to compare and helps the affiliates understand better.
