Those that are anxious to earn now need to speed more time implementing income producing actions rather than daydreaming about fast riches. There is nothing wrong with wanting to earn now. The problem is when you want to earn now and do nothing to earn now! Set a plan of action in harmony with your goals and work toward the income desired. Hello to my SFI family. I will tell them my personal experience. I joined SFI in February 2014. Thinking this is just another MLM business I ignored it. in my advice, its better you bear it out to them from the beginning that SFI is not a get rich quick scheme. Make them understand that without understanding the principles of SFI, it will be impossible to generate any income and that is why the first two months should be dedicated to study in other to gain the wings to fly.

Every beginner has this innocent fire when they start something new without understanding too much about the opportunity they are involves with. Soon they knew too much and just give up without trying.

In order not to waste precious time, your new and anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates must be shown the big picture and then make known to them that it will takes time to develop a successful business.

Is that really the question? If they are anxious to earn NOW, then just let them know the steps required. Collecting VPs, achieving EA, advertising constantly (and most important, do not spam). Maintain consistently and in their 3rd month they should already see money coming in (If they reached EA2 the 2nd month).

If you have new and eager affiliates who are impatient to learn break all the major tasks down into all their component parts; if you can get them all to put out fliers, join Wave3, have them distribute all the necessary X-Cards and Gift Cards, set up all their advertising on-line, blog to attract more affiliates, and so on. Yes, you are right.Most of the people thinking its get rich quick scheme.
They are not wrong.You can earn 1000$ after 5-6 months if your duplication done 100%.
Recruit 5 EAs and ask them to do the same.
If you do the 100% duplication you will get your dream figure income.
But yes for strong and solid Affiliates recruitment you need some time.

My feed back on this topic is simple. SFI = Secure Future International ...... "Secure Future" ... If one can go to the page Earnings Calculator they will be able to clearly see how SFI could possibly benefit them and the monetary gain it could have on them down the road.

What I do is Start a casual conversation through email and understand the reason for anxious.; If affiliate is anxious due to excitement, I twill try to calm down her. As usual Every person excites when something new happened or new action.
Then I will point out the actions they have to take to be success and At least for how long.
