Perhaps it is your own desire to succeed is showing through and your need is putting some off.

They have to be made absolutely sure that this is not a get rich scheme. If they are looking to make money now, SFI is not the way. Tell them that if they were making even $200 a month after 12 months they would be doing better than most. Tell them that even the best SFI Affiliates take 3 years to get to a stage where they can live off it. Tell them that it is a wonderful way to build a comfortable retirement income. Tell them that if they have worked hard at SFI that perhaps in 5 years time they may be able to quit their day job. And finally tell them that if they do not like what you are telling them you will be happy if they quit. It would save you and them a lot of hassle and get rid of a lot of dross from your Genealogy.

I personally do not recruit this way. I prefer the S-Builder Co-op to get people in. They know that it is a way that takes time. 7 of the last 10 that I sponsored this way had 1000 VP up before I had a chance to contact them. You get quality rather than quantity. And I make a habit of contacting them as soon as I know they are on board. People who will do 1000 VP in the first 24 hours are a lot easier to work with and they take direction more easily.

As I like to say always, to get any new affiliates to do what you want them to do, just tell them your own story. That usually adds the human touch to persuasion. Just make sure they know the potentials of SFI business and that to get there they need patience, diligence, perseverance, consistence, enthusiasm and hope.

Nothing good ever comes easy. So it is in SFI. If your new affiliates have not studied the lessons at the LauchPad very well, get them to do so. Get them to take the personal story of SFI founder Mr. Gerry Carson which he told therein to heart. Tell them that in SFI, success is certain but it is always slow in coming.

Get them to think long-term as that is the very power in SFI. With residual income objective, you have to work hard today to earn in perpetuity. That is the beauty of SFI business. If your personal story is persuasive enough, together with the above facts made available to your new affiliates who are anxious to earn now, it is possible to get them to refocus on their business. They can then expect to earn on the long term.

First look at what they have done on their V.P.Ledger.

Did they place their SO-standing order?

Did they send for the $2 Wave3 kit?

Did they join our friends group A2A?
Invite leaders that speak their language.

See if they have the funds to purchase some referrals from SFI.
Ask about their past experience in a similar business?

Explain how to cloak their links for advertising.Ask what kind of advertising they plan to use.

If they plan to be a free member for the first couple of months, explain the different ways they can earn at SFI.

Most important of all, offer your help.

Anxious to earn NOW affiliates are probably carrying impression that online income opportunities provide Instant Income. This is due to constant advertising of other online businesses that promise payments instantly after joining.

One should note that instant profits/or instant losses are possible in ONLINE CURRENCY TRADING and Online COMMODITY TRADING or STOCK trading. So there are many risks attached to it. And such schemes require huge investment. They are not Free to join. Plus we are not sure whether we shall get paid or not because there are lot of FLY BY NIGHT operators in online income business.

These Anxious to earn Now Affiliates sometimes join SFI because they do not want to invest a huge amount for business but want instant payment. And that is purely not possible.

LAUNCHPAD lesson 11 explains well how long top Online earners have taken to reach their current position. Just remind your affiliates to read LAUCNHPAD lesson 11 again and again.

Moreover also ask them to see " WHAT OTHER's SAY" about SFI. They can read it at the bottom of the affiliate page they are working on. You would notice that almost everyone has shared that SFI is Honest and they had bad experiences from other online businesses.

Inform them that they can earn DIRECT Commissions NOW if they are able to Sell products from Tripleclicks stores. Ask them to read the commission transfer policy too.

This is a common challenge for Team Leaders making new, anxious-to-earn affiliates to understand that time is an important factor to establish successful business.

Here’s what you can do:

- As soon as you receive your new affiliates, send them your welcome greeting. Your message should include focussing on SFI BASICS and Launchpad. This helps them understand the concept of SFI and clear up the misconception of getting rich quick scheme.

- Send them your weekly tips and advice, emphasizing that there is work involved such as logging in daily and performing To-Do List.

- Emphasize to them the importance of accumulating VPs to achieve EA to earn them a share of TripleClicks Executive Pool and start earning commissions on their second month.

- Clearly point out to your new affiliates that to discover the potential of SFI such as earning multiple income streams and applying the duplication process will take time and effort. They need therefore to be consistent, determined and committed to become successful.

I would start by telling them that SFI is not a quick fix, it is a proven method of earning long-term income to prevent the kind of "emergencies" that they find themselves in now!
If they need a quick fix then they should look for it as well! if they are merely impatient then they will have to learn, usually fro painful personal experience, that all good things take time to develop. Starting any business takes time, effort and a willingness to learn in the real world, and we are in the real world.
Share your path to success with them encourage them to look at others they consider successful! Show them how to look at the sacrifices required in each life to attain the success. there are very few if any instant anything's" that are real! Everyone pays for their successes and failures in the long run!
In the end you may not be able to do more than counsel them to use patience and determined, sustained effort no matter what they wish to try!

This can be a real problem. But it is true that what motivates so many people at first is a quick Dollar.

What I have done is explain that in SFI there are 2 primary ways to earn.

Slow, but big money.
Fast but small money.

Slow but big we hear about all the time. It is he way of duplication. But so many people loose the vision and quit before they reach their financial goals. The Dream gets them started, and it may keep them going for a while but without steps of success the dream fades away, or another promise from another place/business crowds it out.

I encourage my affiliates that they can use fast money that is small to finance their dreams. Start by listing a couple products from around your house on your TConnect page. I listed Saa Paper Christmas Cards. By selling 2 sets a month I finance my standing order and I have been EA or above (currently BTL) since my very first month.

When you make that first sale it is very satisfying. And this approach keeps the person focused on their SFI business.

These are the people that are going to be more keen to instruction on how to build a business the right way. These are the affiliates who are going to be the ones you want within your organization. These anxious to earn now affiliates might not have to be told that it takes time to develop a successful business.

The timeframe doesn't matter unless they brought it up themselves. There will be no reason for me to let them know that it takes time to develop a business. It should be our job to show them how to develop that business as fast as possible.

We encourage these take charge affiliates who want to grab hold of the opportunity, take the bull by the horns, put their hands to the plow, and flourish.

Hopefully, we won't have to mention the timeframe it will take to develop a successful business. As we instruct them to grow their business, they take heed to those instructions and they see the results for themselves. They continually see there business grow and they contribute fresh ideas as to how to grow business which in turn will help us grow our businesses and everybody's business will keep thriving.

Dear SFI college,
it is never easy to tell people that they have to wait some time till serious income. Almost all of those who seek a job on Internet expect fast money (and a lot of it) immediately, end dream about clicking on banners and ads. So, what we should tell them to convince them to work for at least several hours a day?
For start, give them our own example!
Say ,,look, I am here for ..... months and I`m earning money.
Nothing is easy in this life, especially working, but with SFI it`s easier than 9 hours a day working for someone else.
Why should we work for someone else and make him/her rich?
Most people simply don`t like their bosses, use that fact when you advertise.
Newer, in any circumstances, promise easy money (you can`t fool them long).
Show them income index.
When you advertise SFI point to the best: you are your own boss, you decide how you organize your own time, you spent more time with family and friends, you decide how much money you invest, possibilities are unlimited.
Also, pointed them that they can improve their lives with cost of less than 30 US dollar a month (compare that with money needed for starting an offline business - thousand of dollars).
People need a challenge, so give them some adrenaline. Why they should`n spent time on Internet for their own good?
When they reach EA for the first time do not let them to backtrack, send them gift card or some PSAs to encourage them (as a leaders they will feel more important and ,,game`` become real``. People just like prizes!
Tell them it is free to try, offered them help 24/7, make them your friends and say: why not, what you can loose?
And, the most important - you have to believe all of this to convince someone else!

I try to let them see what I mean by work
example
WORK is I manufacture various products I hire you to sell these products based on your sales you earn commissions which is your salary .You control what you earn.
JOB is you give your time and I pay you on your time spent.
Do you see the difference with one there is a limit meaning if you work for me and the business make $200 for the day I pay you $20 if the same business makes $3000000 for the day I still pay you $20.You have no control over what you earn
To me a job is helping others reach their goal while work is reaching your own goal.
Secondly I will show you the benefits available to you which is
a. The 45% of CV commission from PSA.
b. The 45% of CV commission from from PRM.
c. The 40% of company-wide income shared to qualified affiliates.
d. The 15% of CV commission from CSA.
e. The 10% of CV commission from ECA.
f. Cash SFIPPA.
g. Other possible awards and winnings.
It always a good idea to inform people what is in it for them create the incentive to perform.
From here I inform them of their requirements needed to carry their business forward.like earning VP also tell them about VP importance to them.From here I go into detail the necessary tasks ahead!!!
