Great that your question is, "Who is the BETTER...?"
I made that emphasis because I believe you know that the two groups are meant to be targeted.
For a straight answer, retired persons it should be. In my own opinion, I see them as the group that are more likely to search for ways they can earn money. The homemaker will have little to none of this tendency because he/she has something to occupy him/herself with.
Interesting question you pose.
For me, its more a case of finding those people who are 'hungry' to earn another income stream, or those who seeking a new way to 'start their own company' without the usual high overheads!
But I certainly agree that there must be thousands of 'retired persons' and 'homemakers' that fall into this category... Good luck with your SFI business endeavours.
Please, do not waste too much time with such questions. No matter if retired or homemaker, one can be interested or not in a business like this so that he/she can get some passive income in time. It is well not to give up, but I would focus on every person I meet, because we really cannot know in advance what he/she wants and/or can do.

I think it's a better choice housewives. Among housewives have more young people willing to work and contribute to the household budget. I would not have retired omitted. I think that it is not important so much.. It is more important to say something about job that will attract people. Because, a man who really want to work will be attracted by job explanation (in short, of course), not by single phrases like these.

There are no rules which group of people is better sometimes one sometimes the other
It all depends on their time and their commitment
So that's my advice to not only concentrate around the two groups, but in this world there are over 7 billion people so that you have a wide choice of ...

This question has witness different answers,but i have these to say in my opinion,that both parties are good target.All still depends on your:mode of approach,ability to convince them and make clear to them the advantages in the business.Both look promising as each one might need additional income.Go for the two as you can not really ascertain what is contained in a covered drum until you open it.I hope this adds a little.
Definitely have to housewives. They still have more time at the end and it is considered that the younger people and therefore I get better systems and a greater number of friends in each case are important and both sides, in fact anyone who is willing to work!
