In advertising it is very important to tell much with short adverts. Short adverts for sure attract more people that long ones. Try to explain job in short words to tell people what this job is.
And, you can improve your adverts always. Write different adverts with new ideas, new text, new pictures. and, use keycodes to see what advert is the most successful, which have most hits and which one bring you most sign up.
So, make and post different adverts at the same time. Put keycodes in them to see what is most successful. That is the best way to see what adverts can attract people in sfi.

I have many PSAs from Mauritius. But, my thought is that country is not important, you have many people from the whole world who want to work. Country will not work for individual, so our job is to motivate individuals to work.
We all advertise in facebook groups and different sites on the Internet that are available to the people from the whole world. So, we also dont have many chances to extract one country. We post adverts that are available to the whole world, and that is ok.
My tip: Dont think who will join in your team and from which country. Instead of that, think of people who joined your team and ways to help and motivate them to work.

It is very important to make short and clear ads..
But, the best way to see what ad is the most effective is to make different ads and put keycodes in it.. On that way you can see which ad have many hits and which ad bring to you many afiliates..
So, always make different ads, try to change it, to make it better and to chech which is the most effective with keycodes..

I think, we dont need to treat college students in a special ways. If they want to work and find reasons for that, they will work. Our job is to help them and to motivate them as well as other people.
So, you can tell them about all benefits of being sfi affiliate, about ways of earning, mention them auctions, games and other things that young people may be interested in. Also, time is important since we work when we have time and we decide when and how long we will work. This is important for students since they have obligations about their faculty.
So, there are different ways to motivate people on this great job.

Hi, yes, that is great idea to have your own webinars.
It is very effective for your affiliates. On that way you help them. It is different when they listen about this job than only writing about this.
If want to make really effective webinars, it is good to include some more people in it, to give them a word, a give chance to your affiliates to hear different people, to hear about their success, to know that many people have success in this job, and that everyone can success if want..

I think that it is not important so much.. It is more important to say something about job that will attract people. Because, a man who really want to work will be attracted by job explanation (in short, of course), not by single phrases like these.
To see which advert is better, use KeyCodes. That is great way to see what advert has the most hits and sign ups. In this way you can always improve your advertising and make your adverts better.

There are no strict rule what words you need to use or avoid. Adverts are relative. Some people will sign up because of curiosity. But, if want really workers, you need to avoid phrases like ??fast earning money??, because someone who is willing to be serious in this job will not believe in that.. There are many "fake" internet jobs which adverts looks like this phrase.. People are looking for a really job, and your adverts need to represent job that is real.
