So, how do you attract college students into your SFI network marketing business?
That's a question that's usually asked when you want to really grow your MLM and network marketing business, outside of family and friends. The funny thing is, I asked myself that question many times when I finally decided to step up and grow my SFI network marketing business into a 6-figure enterprise.

I remember talking to hundreds of people. I was telling them about the product, compensation plan, the opportunity, and everything else I thought was amazing about SFI. I was really being a hunter. I wasn't getting any results. And I got tired of hearing 'no'. That's when I realize I was being a hunter, instead of being the 'hunted'. Which is one secret to attracting people into your network marketing business. You have to be the 'hunted'.

When you understand how to do this, you will have people calling you, wanting to join your business. That's a huge difference than what you will be use to. You won't have to hear "no, I'm not interested" anymore. People will seek you out, calling you. It's such a wonderful feeling.

The second secret to attracting people into SFI network marketing business is having a magnetic personality. When you are passionate, caring, and confident, it radiates off you. People are able to sense it. This is what makes growing in SFI business easy. People are attracted to you like a magnet. When you experience this, it's absolutely incredible.

Great question. I will give you 7 easy steps on how to become team leader.

1.Listen to others. Even though you are the team leader and you make the decisions, you should always ask people what their opinion is. Try to incorporate them whenever it's feasible. You aren't a dictator.

2.Take in others' suggestions. When someone gives you an idea, work on it. Think of how you can improve on it. A good leader is one that listens and not just talks. Show the team you are flexible to consider their thoughts.

3.Include everyone. If some people are a little left behind, help them. Always try to include them. Find a task for everyone no matter what their skill or level.

4.Encourage your team. Sometimes people are scared to try something and this is where the leader comes in. You have to encourage your team mates and show them that the task is possible, even if difficult, and try to make it fun for them. Show them the positive results of their work.

5.Know what you are talking about. If your teammates are as confused as you are, how will they know what to do? As the leader, you must do the research first, or have the most information.

6.Enjoy being a leader. Even though leaders have to take things seriously, there is no reason you can't have fun. Just don't get too carried away. Balance the serious business at hand with regard for the morale and spirits of the team.

7.Pay attention to morale. A demoralized team won't function. You must set the positive spirit, make the goals clear, show how the job is feasible and possible. No one will work for an impossible goal.

Maintain EA2 rank each month:

As a new SFI Affiliate, you will need to go through doing the actions step in the To-Do List as part of your training which is the Basic no.1 here: https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics

For each action step you completed, SFI award free VP(VersaPoints) which is called Action VP, to accumulate and achieve EA1 rank.
