There are several ways you can become a team leader in SFI even if you are not born a leader!

1. SFI makes leader by training them how to do the affiliate business.

2. To become a leader, you can be prompted by the environment in SFI which requires you generate a few PSA who will feed you later if you provide the best sponsorship.

3. SFI awards effort by delegation to every affiliate who attains EA status by giving you Co-Sponsored Affiliates to direct as to how they should grow their business at SFI.

4. By generating most versa points, you also grow in rank at SFI.

5. By joining the ECA program you can grow to be a team leaser at SFI.

All the above do not require you to be a born leader to be a team leader in SFI.

While it is true that some individuals posses what is referred to as born leadership abilities, there are others who achieve this through education.

Perhaps some of us can think back to a few classmates some may have described as precocious; they were perhaps the head of the class or exhibited some type of characteristic or quality that other kids wanted to emulate. On the other hand, there were the quiet ones that were virtually unknown. The reality is that some of these then "quiet unknown" kids are now leaders in their field and the way they achieved this is through education and perhaps having encouragement from others.

This concept applies to SFI as well. Look at the wealth of information that SFI makes available to us all. One of the recommendations is that new affiliates not be in a rush and take their time to learn all the aspects of this program. By doing this we are able to respond to questions, implement strategies and in essence lead our team effectively. Of course it never hurts to have someone who is in your corner offering encouragement and keeping you positive so that you can impart the same positivity to your team.

Everyone is not born as a Leader.

With our interest and our abilities we will become a Leader.

To become a SFI Team leader is so simple.

Just have the following qualities after you attain the team leader qualification

1. Communicate and respond your down line members so often and encourage them

2. Praise them for their action (Eg - Send a congrats message when they attain EA status or when the win prizes in daily grand or some contest)

3. Share your ideas with them, so that it will give a boost to them to achieve what you did

4. Be optimistic and your communicating words should also be like that

5. Be patient and confident.

You are right!

Some people are born leaders and taking the lead is to them like getting up in the morning.

Those that are not so lucky to be born that way, have to train themselves to be a leader. Now you may say that if you are not a leader, how can you train yourself to be one. That is easier than what you think. All you need is confidence in yourself that you can give advice to other people. In other words, you need to know a little more about the subject than what they do and when you do not know the answers to their questions, you must know where to go to get them.

With SFI it is easy. To get the knowledge that you need, read the articles, news and forums that is available. Very few affiliates do that and with a little effort, you will soon be ahead of the pack. If you can not answer a question yourself, get help from your up-line. They are there to assist you. Build the same relationship with your up-line as what you build with your affiliates.

Keep constant communication open with your Affiliates and offer them congratulations where it is due. Also provide them with tips that will help them to get ahead.

To be a good leader with SFI you must have the following properties.

1. Value and respect your Affiliates
2. Be supportive
3. Fast reaction to support calls
4. Good communication skills
5. Good knowledge of your subject.
6. Be prepared to ask if you do not know.

Finally, do not be afraid to try. You will be surprised how easy it is.

There are many people who believe that you should be born for a particular business to be successful. However, I strongly disagree with that. It is true that if you are interested in marketing or if you have previous knowledge about it, it will be easier to understand how this whole system works, but it will not make you a leader. Great SFI Team Leaders are made, not born. Look around SFI – you will see ordinary people who are successful leaders because of their commitment and determination.
So, what is it you should do to become a successful leader?
1. Read. Read a lot every day. You will learn about other people’s experience. You will learn from great leaders.
2. Follow the Rules of Success – everything you need to be successful is there, carefully prepared for you. Use it!
3. Duplicate. Support your affiliates the best way you could – for every step there is a piece of advice waiting for you.
4. Your affiliates will learn from you by following your steps. Show them that you are hard working yourself. Help those who are willing to work, but do not neglect those who sign up and never make a single VersaPoint. Send them regular mails, some of them may come back.
5. Treat your SFI business as a real business. You are the head and the leader of your company – the more time and effort you invest in it, the more successful you will be.

We have simple way to become team leader.



1.First+-Reach EA2 status or Team Leader status and maintain it every month.

2.Second-Make a Standing order to maintain EA2 status . Placing a Standing order sometimes causes fear to new affiliates and causes them to quit. To remove this fear, just think it this way. A 125 TCredits package will cost an affiliate $36.25 every month which means you are only spending around $1.21 everyday. Thinking about it as $1.21 daily expenses rather than a $36.25 monthly expenses is a lot better although the amount is the same.

3.Third-Finding PSA’s is another fear that new affiliates faces, they think that they need to find a lot of PSA’s in order to earn in SFI. The simple fact is that we don’t need hundreds of PSA’s in order to earn a big income in SFI. The simple fact is that we only need 5 active PSA’s in order to earn big income in SFI . If this 5 PSA’s make Standing order (125 TCredits @ $36.25), you will get a total direct commission of $39.75 . This means that your $1.21 daily expenses is already covered and you have a profit of $3.50 per month. From this point you are running your SFI business for FREE. Maybe you will ask “WHERE IS THE BIG INCOME”.

4.Fourth-Here is the Big Income. By providing support to your 5 active affiliates and encouraging them to “DUPLICATE” what you are doing. I emphasize the word duplicate because it is very important that you show your affiliates what should be done by doing it first yourself. This means that you cannot ask your affiliates to do what you yourself is not willing to do. Below is an illustration how the power of duplication can give you the BIG INCOME . You can get this BIG INCOME ( from matching VP ) if you reach Team Leader status ( minimum is Bronze Team Leader (BTL)). You can easily reach BTL status by applying the SIMPLE PLAN presented below.

Gen 1 ; 5 PSA ; all BTL ; 3000VP/PSA ; Matching VP= 15,000 VP
Gen 2 ; 25 ; all BTL ; 3000VP/AFF ; Matching VP= 75,000 VP

A born leader is different from the SFI Team Leader as SFI Team leader needs the spirit of entrepreneurship and the born leader doesn't require that. So even though you are not a born leader you can just become team leader of SFI by dedication, hard work, sincerity, Maintaining relationship with the customers, affiliates and also with the future affiliates.

The major qualities for an SFI Team leader are guiding the down-line affiliates, taking suggestions from up-line team, advertising, explaining about SFI to colleagues, friends and making SFI more popular all around the country and then the world.

If an affiliate works hard, sincerely follow all the basics and action points and increase their versa points day by day they will be succeeding in SFI and reaches the end point more and more quickly.

Thus if one wants to be an SFI leader they need not be a born leader

First of all, I want you to know that everyone is born with a potential to be a leader. So no one is "not born to be a leader". However, many people grew up under situations and circumstances that have made them develop fear and therefore the belief that they were not born as leaders.
So what do you need to do?
First of all, you need a re-orientation about your innate potentials as a leader by reading the right leadership books.
Now coming to SFI, being a Team Leader here is pretty much easy. In fact, from the moment you achieve your first EA status, you become a leader...
1. Acquire as much Versa points you need for the leadership rank you want to attain.
2. Learn how to be a good leader from your sponsor or co-sponsor. If that is not forthcoming, then learn tips from your a2a friends.
3. Be a people-minded person. That is, be interested in the success of not just yourself, but also that of all the members of your team (both active and inactive).
4. Support them with gifts and praises for their achievements.
Now I don't think that is difficult right?
You can do it. Believe in yourself.

No one is. Leaders become leaders because the choose to apply with they learn to achieve their goals. Everyone can do this. Many choose not to because they allow inhibitions to hinder them. Some inhibitions are innate and others are learned. As children we are practically fearless. Yes this too is learned. Fear can be good but most likely fear is bad.

All of us have fears or inhibitions. Things that we try to avoid for whatever reason. May I submit to you that you are afraid of taking the lead because you don't want to be criticized or ostracized by others. Leaders learn to get over it. People are going to talk if you succeed or fail so why not be grand and give them something positive to talk about.

If you feel that you lack knowledge, gain the knowledge. If you feel you lack experience find a mentor who has experience and learn from them. If you have decided that you don't want the hassle then find something that make you feel alive and passionate. There are no excuses for mediocrity except ignorance. Cognizance is the cure for ignorance. What are you aware of? How can you make it work for you? When you think like this, you are the catalyst that makes things happen. You can become a leader by learning and applying what you know and the stuff you don't know find it out when you need to; otherwise, don't worry about it!
