How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?
Leaders are not born. Players who themselves programmed to win, finding solutions in the most difficult circumstances. These are potential leaders! The leader needs to successfully direct and develop the minds of individuals to your team, you must have great self-confidence, perseverance and patience. For real leader there is a task that is not possible, but only one for which he currently does not have a solution but which kept searching. I hope I helped you.
This sums it up for me-Unity is strength...when there is team work and collaboration wonderful things can be achieved. Being a leader is a learned skill that can be mastered. You are leading every day and your team will turn in to leaders because of you. Whatever you do, do it well keep it up and do it better.
