We do not need to be a born leader to become SFI leader, as we were not Eng. born, Dr. born and etc.
Achieving leadership in SFI has 2 stages,
1- Apparent stage
2- Actual stage
Definitely your answer is not about stage one which will achieve with an specify amount of available VersaPoints.
And achieving the main stage of leading even if we were born a leader need some effort too, and if not, need more and more efforts like: studying all relative SFI classes, communicating with upline leaders and learn some important tips, and understanding what you want to be in future, what you did with the use of up lines leading for themselves, what your referrals should do and dont, for you and reading more and more every day to be an actual leader.

My take on this question is that Leadership comes by doing, and taking chances on your own experiences in life that you have learned. Even though you think you have no leadership skills, you really do.
Life is full of decisions you have made through your own growth, like family, jobs and just your daily interactions with people. You just have to bring all these together and you have leadership skills that you have already. Little steps are good, to becoming a leader.
No one is born as team leader, that is our thing. WE HAVE TO BECOME IT!
Read Rules Of Success and it will be more clearer to you. Learn every day, even little, but learn about this job. Success does not come over night so you have to learn, do, grab with all of your hands. Do that, but do not is it herase someone else.
True leaders are positive, strong and helpful. Try to acomplish that.
Although it seems otherwise, I have never been a true leader, except perhaps in my family. However, I think that leaders are not born but becomes by continuous learning and working. As i largely devoted my life to my family, helping my kids become one of the leaders, there was no time to became the one.
Finally, here comes my time and SFI seems to me as an excellent opportunity to do and become a leader. I think I will not miss this opportunity and because of that here I am, beck in school; I learn and do everything that a new beginner can do in order to achieve this goal. I know it's possible.

You can learn from the examples of others, in the first place if you have a good sponsor of his personal sponsors , and check your line and follow the one who stands out . Share your experience got on your team- forums and always always be in contact with your affiliates . Send group e-mails of support and individual greetings for each success because it stimulates jako.Organizujte contest and small prizes are very important . Do the messages to be formal but not too intimate be cordial . Hang out with who you can and on social networks and on your wall , never put the negative and destructive postings of other people of your so always keep positive emotions .
Of course do not forget your team members to follow your own example.
