At this time, which are the best countries to advertise SFI in?

In my own opinion, the best Countries to advertise SFI in are the most active Countries in SFI. If you check you will see a List of the most active Countries. I suggest you start with these Countries. But do not limit yourself to them alone. As you advertise in these active Countries, it will be wise that you begin to look for how to advertise in other Countries who have little or no knowledge of SFI. After all, even these active Countries once didn't know about SFI, Somebody reached out to them. You can be that somebody to a Country that have no knowledge about SFI

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

Yes you can, but it will not be in your own best interest. The reason is because, success in SFI requires duplication and you cannot effectively do that if you set it on autopilot. Your PSA's may want to communicate with their Sponsor at some points in time and if you are not there to attend to them, you might lose them and that will not be good for you. Imagine that you have a Physical business(store), and you just set it on autopilot, do you think you will achieve anything with that?
My suggestion to you is, create time and run your SFI business yourself and you'll be glad you did.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Leadership is not necessarily a matter of birth.
Most of the Leaders we have in the world today are self made Leaders.
For you to be an SFI Team Leader,
Firstly, You must believe you can
Secondly, SFI has provided a detailed guide on how to achieve the rank of
a Team Leader and Beyond.
All you need to do is follow this guide thoroughly and i bet you, you will not only be a Team Leader but you will Sponsor Team Leaders.
How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

Hello Friend, You might not be able to ascertain whether duplication happens or not within your Personally Sponsored Affiliates. All you need to do is, Sponsor the Affiliate s, give them every support they need to grow and monitor their progress through your Genealogy. Always congratulate those who are working hard among them and encourage those who are lagging behind. If you feel they are not doing enough, you can organize a mini contest for them and set a prize for the winner. Such could be maybe, you say the first to achieve the rank of an EA2 gets a particular prize(make it good). I am sure if you have something lucrative for your PSA'S to look to, they will work.
