At this time, which are the best countries to advertise SFI in?

One can advertise in those countries who have higher tendency to shop online and have high paying capacity and the local competitors are outweighed by the products at tripleclick. Its not of much use where only a small percentage of population have access to internet and that also for informational purpose only.
I've been in SFI for one year now with no success. What should I do now?

Build a plan discuss with your team lead and put it into execution as per his suggestions. Discussion with your team lead is important as he or she know what may work and what may not work. So you will be saving your precious time by not doing the activities which are not going to produce any results for you.
How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

To become leader you should keep the following things in mind.
1. You should have great confidence.
2. You should define clear strategy for the growth of business.
3. You should motivate your team daily.
4. Communicate with each one on daily basis and direct them to achieve their goals.
5. Help them out if they are stuck somewhere.
