What can you do? Nothing, if they are not willing to move from the spot, if they enjoy in their misery of life.

Just forget them and let them go!

But, if you get someone who is smart enough to try to do something for him or herself, be there for them, teach them everything you know, guide them to become good SFI workers, on their and your profit.

Good luck!

As I build my downline, what are the common mistakes I need to avoid?

As I build my downline, the most important is to choose a serious and valuable person who will continue my work, build his own business, execute daily, weekly and monthly tasks, reading, learning, asking...., initially according to my instructions to became more independent to do whatever helps to reach a success, to achieve a goal that he set, on mutual satisfaction.

Of course, we will always be there for each other, in any case, to find the best way and solve any problem

For the beginning, of course, the best is to promote SFI to family and friends with whom you are in daily contact and it's easy to help them from the start. Than you have to wide SFI on the rest of the to become much more successful.

So, first to the people whom you love more than others and you wish all the best; better life, less of bad situations connecting to money that turn this our world, unfortunately.

I hope you agree with me. Thank you.

Great question, just for me!

Although it seems otherwise, I have never been a true leader, except perhaps in my family. However, I think that leaders are not born but becomes by continuous learning and working. As i largely devoted my life to my family, helping my kids become one of the leaders, there was no time to became the one.

Finally, here comes my time and SFI seems to me as an excellent opportunity to do and become a leader. I think I will not miss this opportunity and

what should i say? the problem is that i usually do not have an opportunity to say anything. why? people enter, glance around and exit. they do not give a chance themselves to do anything, but it's obvious that they are looking for something that could improve their way of living. of course, i send them a letter, two,... but they never come back.

on the other hand, when i'm in contact with my PSA and he wants go quit, depends of what kind of man/woman he or she is. sometimes you have to

My biggest challenge in this job was to become a team leader. And now when I realized it, with a small dose of fear, I’ll try, as a first, to detain them. So, I have to figure out the best letter of welcome to convince them to follow my example.

I have to transfer all my previous knowledge, to give them tools and guide them in their way to success. I have to convince people not to give up just like that, not to give up of their dream of a better life, which was my reason to come into
