Hi,

I know that when I joined I got a personal welcome message from my sponsor. It made me feel like I was important to him and SFI.

I always send a personal message to my PSAs and any new CSAs. I just want them to know that I am here for them. I then send out group mailings but I also send messages to those that might some encouragement. If I see that an affiliate that has been doing well fall behind, I email and ask if there is anything that I can help with!

I always

Hi Jovan!

I have prepared texts on different languages. On hungarian (my language), on serbian, croatian and english. If someone join me from the first three language territory, I am sending him a welcome letter on his language, to others on english. Letters on every language is the same by content. And every letter is composed like that, that it seems to reader that it is written personally to him/her. They are stored in different folders, and I am just copy-paste them.

Otherwise

Hi Jovan,

Thanks for this interesting question.

Whilst I do not 'gain' (win or buy) more than 15 or even 30 new PSA's at a time, I have to admit that for me it has been important that I compose/write individual welcome letters to each! No. I have avoided using the 'SFI template' or SFI formatted letter. (But its content has guided me in preparing my own letter).

I think that the individual letter is so much more 'personal', and 'intimate', than a 'group mailing'

It is vital that you send a welcome message to your new PSAs because most people are new to internet marketing themselves. Sending out a welcome letter goes a long way if you want to keep someone new to stay in your downline. Welcome letters also gives new recruits a sense of belonging, and that is enough to keep them motivated enough to earn their 500 fast track status. When you see that they've earn that much AVPs now you know they're serious and you can easily work with them. Like they say first

Good Question !

In my opinion individual welcome letters to new PSAs is worthwhile in effective communication to establish personal and caring touch.
The genesis behind this is,as follows.
1. As per initial profile and log in nature new PSA can be assessed, in terms of his/her expertise or he/she is novice.
2. Once rough assessment of the PSA is made, then tailor made welcome text can be sent accordingly.
3. Keep an account of such welcome text/letter and modify/customise

I used to rely on my canned welcome letter for everyone, but since I started to send individual welcome notes as well, my percentages have gotten much better.

People want to feel special, and sending an e-card or personal note to let them know you are standing by them is the easiest way to let them know you care. I always ask them to send me a note about themselves, as well. Being known is powerful. If they will tell you about their situation, not only does it help you direct your advice

It is always worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to our new PSAs. However, it will be very tedious if we already have hundreds of PSAs. This is precisely one reason why the group mailer is given as another option.

Even though we already have hundreds or thousands of PSAs (or CSAs for that matter), we can still make our emails look personal with the use of some pre-defined phrase. In this case, we can use ~FIRSTNAME~ to personalize our emails. We can use it in the salutatory

Yes. It is worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs. In this way, you will introduce yourself to your new PSA and give him/her assurance to give your full support, if they face any difficulty as a starter. In your personalised welcome letter you can tell them to ask you any questions they might have. This is the way to initialize personal communication with your new PSA. Once they become familiar with the system, then you can send out general group mailing. But, you should always

Great question,
This is what i personally do. Because i receive PSAs at different dates and times i send them
and E-card followed by a personalized welcome mail, at times i just write a welcome message on the E-card.
But when its a group of them arriving at the same time e.g 15 PSAs from a co-op, I then send a uniform e-mail to all of them at once because it can be time-consuming to write a different e-mail to each one of them; after all the e-mail will be containing similar information

Adding a personal touch is far superior to being just another Affiliate. When someone calls me by name, it means something. When they address a specific aspect of my live it makes me feel like someone is really paying attention to what is happening to me. Here at SFI, this is no different therefore it is absolutely worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs.

However, being worthwhile doesn't always mean it is practical. From time to time as reflected in our GROWTH tab, there
