3.Time frame of success and targeted approach.
4.Time investment in understanding marketing/basics/opportunities/Advertising in SFI/TC
5. Updation of knowledge of Internet and Internet marketing.
6.Capability of opening ECA stores.
7. Background of affiliate
Financial - Rich,Medium,Moderate and poor (as all class can participate in SFI,that is beauty and uniqueness of SFI.
Knowledge and Literacy -- If not sufficient to compete then upgrade your self.
Depending upon above factors set realistic goal in time domain viz, 6 month,1 year,2 year ,05 year and so on. 06 month goal to learn at least basics and build team. There onward building team self training with update and duplication and earning money.

It depends upon the item you go for.
Like SFI rules,Launchpad reading, first you should see how bidding takes place for both Auto-bidding and non auto bidding(Manual). Generally who wins observe meticulously. Following Tips may help you.
For new affiliate:-
Manual(not using auto-bidder), bidding is better/suitable,since you can budget your target according to your TC holding.

For Experienced Affiliate :-
Can think of going for both AUTO -BIDDER and NAB.
Auto-Bidder can be used when affiliate is having sufficient TC in his kitty. The product selected like 100 PSA, 06 Month SO subscription,I-pad and other required item. Important factor is when to join. See the list of bidders and their bidding pattern,if there are too many active and aggressive bidder,then you may quit or set the limit target.
Manual bidding --- For product like 300 TC, S-builder,15/35 PSA, Manual bidding can be resorted. Specially for fist time bidder 1WA can be tried.Timing is also a very important factor.

The answer of this question is building a strong team at least 05 active EA2/BTL after during six months. Even 3 will do during this period.
Asking and training of down line for further doing same thing.
If strong team is there, then action points will easily come and even sales VP can be done from commission.
Since, affiliate is having a strong team then buy products of utility and daily need from sales credits. Then virtually you are in all profit with very little investment and retaining yourself as BTL also.

In my opinion individual welcome letters to new PSAs is worthwhile in effective communication to establish personal and caring touch.
The genesis behind this is,as follows.
1. As per initial profile and log in nature new PSA can be assessed, in terms of his/her expertise or he/she is novice.
2. Once rough assessment of the PSA is made,then tailor made welcome text can be sent accordingly.
3. Keep an account of such welcome text/letter and modify/customise it in continuation for TIPs letter or E-card to PSAs for generating interest,knowledge and achieving duplication.

However, those joined SFI must have impending requirement in their life.Nobody is really
satisfied what they have got. But, one must look for long term goal in terms of the following:

1. A shelter/house
2. Vehicle
3. Regular residual income in later period of life to look after daily needs,medical expenses and social requirement.
