It is always worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to our new PSAs. However, it will be very tedious if we already have hundreds of PSAs. This is precisely one reason why the group mailer is given as another option.

Even though we already have hundreds or thousands of PSAs (or CSAs for that matter), we can still make our emails look personal with the use of some pre-defined phrase. In this case, we can use ~FIRSTNAME~ to personalize our emails. We can use it in the salutatory address, body of the letter or in the complimentary address. This way, our PSA will feel more at ease when you are addressing him/her by firstname.

If you want to contact your sponsor/co-sponsor because you need their assistance or guidance, by all means do it as soon as the need arises. Also, when you are stuck against a wall and don't know what to do about a certain subject matter.

While almost all the answers could now be found inside SFI, there are some further tips or pointers your sponsor/co-sponsor might be able to tell you that you cannot easily find in SFI. It is their kind of a "trade secret" so to speak. This is where duplication comes into play. Your sponsor/co-sponsor now have the chance to recreate themselves in yourself and you would be able to emulate them in return. It's a win-win situation. You become successful and so are they.

3.) master of advertising techniques producing quality sign ups;
4.) master of Pricebender Auction becoming a dominant figure;
5.) master DistribuSTAR;
6.) master seller of TripleClicks products, and more...

But of course, the ways and means to arrive at these pedestals are the hardest part. Aim high. Dream Big. Be realistic.

I personally believe that it is a bright idea!

First and foremost it will make communication easier and faster. The new sponsor and re-assigned affiliate will feel more at ease when they are dealing with their own people.

I also believe the team will grow wider and deeper because they are dealing with their own. They know each other's sentiments, preferences or even dislikes. They know better the characteristics of their own people. They will know what to do and avoid doing those that are considered taboo in their places.

Be proud to say you have fired your boss and now you are running your own business as a Home Business Entrepreneur.

Try to win their interest right away. They could be your next ACE affiliates. Tell them about SFI and TripleClicks and how you are now making a decent living promoting it. Tell them, however, that you have worked very hard at the beginning; that you were not into any get-rich-quick scheme business. We have seen a lot of replies but they are not really answering your two questions. Instead, they are answering another question, a third un-asked question which is “Is it advisable?” I strongly agree to their replies to this third question, though. In fact, I also do not recommend, not even suggest, you run your SFI business on autopilot. A team leader should be present all the time. How can you lead if you are not around?

Having said that, I would like to answer your question as it should be. Remember that this is only an answer.

The first question has a categorical answer, which is YES, YOU CAN!

The answer to the second question is more hypothetical. You need to setup STANDING ORDERS (Option 1 or Option 2). In either of this case, you have to be at least an EA or become a team leader every month. In the latter case, you need to have 10 to 15 EA2 affiliates (will come later on). These 15 EA2 affiliates will give you 1500 Action VPs, without doing a thing. With your Sales VP of 1521 (see below, Option 1), you are now a Bronze Team Leader. Note, if you go for Option 2, you only need 10 EA2 to become Bronze Team Leader. If you become a BTL, you are now qualified to have matching VPs and you will receive also your share of CSAs making your team larger every month. So, without doing a thing but with STANDING ORDERS setup, your business could run on autopilot.

1.) (Option 1 - at least 1500 VP): Setup a STANDING ORDERS for the following:
A.) Item No. 96180, TCredits – 100 Pack, $29.00, 1200 VP
B.) Item No. 172457, 20 PSA + 10 PSA (Free), $30.00, 219 VP
