Hi Jovan !
If you will send group mailing to welcome new PSAs , it will look like SPAM! Group mailing well to do when you have already got acquainted with the new PSAs and you had communication.

SFI gave us a great opportunity to send an E-card. It is necessary to create a template with text that you can copy and paste into your message is so simple and takes less than 1 minute! Most importantly - do not forget to write the name of the recipient :) I use this text in an E-card WELCOME

Dear Jovan,
When you have notification for new affiliate logged into the SFI Affiliate Center, the affiliate will be alerted on its home page of the very first steps in starting with SFI. Also one of this alerts will be the welcome massage that the sponsor, in this case you have send to the affiliate. Always be sure to send welcome letter for every new affiliate, because that will give you and your affiliate meaning in this two ways:
1. To YOU - your affiliate is already logged in SFI

Hi Jovan,

Good question;

In my experience, if you have many PSAs it will be very time consuming to send out each
email. In that case group email is better. However, there are some those who you could pick out
from time to time and work on them individually.
Send special emails to encourage them, those that are working, at least logging in, you can send e-cards, a few TCredits here and there...will go a long way.

The PSAs and CSAs in your "movers",

Hello :)

In my opinion individual (personal) letters are better, and I will tell you why.

You any way send group or team mail every week, and that is ok, you can remind them to do something that is realy important, also you have stream posts 3 times week, and that is enough for group, but not for every affiliate.

When you have for example 5 aff who are here couple of days you have to tell them different things then to those that are here one month, or even those

Thank you for asking this question! Is it worthwhile to send individual letters to new PSAs.. or can I just send out group mailings?

I prefer to do the first, for I want the new PSAs to feel welcomed and delighted to have joined SFI, and especially my Team!

There is no substitute for the individual touch of a personalised welcome letter as opposed to group mailings. When you introduce yourself to the new PSA, you also open up a bit of your personality
and share your dreams

Individual letters are a show of respect and add a personal touch no auto-response e-mail can ever give.

When you personally contact a new recruit you can often learn a lot about them that will help in motivation later on. You will also be able to share important details tailored to your new PSA, based on any information they have already given. You will also have the ability to translate your message into a different language if you see that your PSA speaks French, Farsi, Serbian

In my opinion, I think sending out individual welcome letters is better. The welcome letter new PSAs receive is one of the first forms of communication that they get when they join. A new PSA is not going to care if they were part of a large group that we (sponsors) receive in a day. They will want to feel like they are special and not just a number on our list.
I don't mean that you have have to tailor each welcome letter completely to fit each new PSA. You can have a standard letter that

Good question which shows the intention to develop your business.

It's worth it to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs instead of group mail if you feel that the PSAs require more individual attention to invest more involvement and time spending into SFI to grow their business globally and he/she requires specific direction to develop his team in a more vibrant way to earn very fast.

Group mailings can be sent out only for generic information respect to overall business

It is worth to do both. I personally do both of them, once a week I send a group mailing to cheer up my whole team, plus SFI awards me 30 VP's. But it is good to send a welcome letter and once in a while cheer them up indiviudally. People of all kinds like to be recognized for their hard work, plus we all like to know who our sponsor is, that he is a real person someone to be trusted for answers in case we need one. We do not like speaking to machines, or know who our upline is just because it

Hello Jovan
Am glad you asked the question.

Sending individual or group mailing is good. But first begin with individual mailing. Like I do just to clear the air of LANGUAGE DIFFERENCES, and to show the PSA's that every one can be attended to, I just greet them individually in the language they understand using Google translate most of the time. Just to show them they are special and important.

Then I can now send a group and welcome message. I bet sending two different
