This is a great question! In my opinion it is best to target both.

Retired persons tend to have a lot of free time and they don't know what to do with it. Also they have been accostumed to being the one that brings in the money. They are always looking for a job or a business on which they can do all of those things.

Homemakers (like me) are always looking for ways to earn to support their families, they don't want to be the ones who do nothing! (Believe me I know!). This are

Great question with many answers.

First of you can use your TCredits, to bid on items at tripleclicks. I would recommend bidding on the items marked "double MRP". You can also use your tcredits to download music which in turn earns you versapoints, to play on the eagerzebra games. Doing a combination of all this things you can earn versapoints which can lead to further yourself more on this business.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

It is worth to do both. I personally do both of them, once a week I send a group mailing to cheer up my whole team, plus SFI awards me 30 VP's. But it is good to send a welcome letter and once in a while cheer them up indiviudally. People of all kinds like to be recognized for their hard work, plus we all like to know who our sponsor is, that he is a real person someone to be trusted for answers in case we need one. We do not like speaking to machines, or know who our upline is just because it

Great question! It always depends on where you are advertising for example twitter only allows certain amount of words, same goes for some other classified you maybe using to post your business. In this case I go for the short ones, precise and to the point. In any other case try not to repeat yourself, safelist you can use as of now any number of words so go with your gutt. After all it is your business, we are all one big happy family in here but no one can tell you when and where to advertise.

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

I would not call it a bribe. Those are incentives, ways to keep your downline motivated. By giving them incentives you are giving them something to work for. By giving them incentives you are giving them hope, something to look forward, a goal. So, in short I would say NO, it won't come back to bite you. These may help some of them looking at their sponsor in a totally different way, thus, giving you a good rating.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Not everyone is a born teamleader (myself included). If you are a parent like most of us are you can relate, no one is ready for what's to come but we still face it with a smile. You can be a team leader even if you are not a born leader, because the more you learn the best you can help your team. Teach them to do what you do, guide them to be team leaders themselves, at least one will surprise you. And always remember even a shy person can be team leader in SFI, because unless you have your webcam

That is a good question. Unfortunately you cannot be sure of that. You do your part as a sponsor, give them the certainty that you will be for them no matter what. They will do what you did with them (most likely, following your example). Tell them to teach them duplication like you did with them, to guide them and help them. And hope for the best!

What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

Great question:
They should not waste all their free points in just one month. Latter months after that are hard.
They should not hesitate on going into their to do list.
They should not cheat. Learn every day, all topics are free.
They should not take SFI as a job, more as a business. A business takes time to build, but with determination all is possible.
They should not go one single day without clickin the red tabs on their home page.

How do I convince someone to try SFI when they've had bad experiences previously with online businesses?

Just tell them that not all sites work the same. Speak the truth, that SFI is a business and you won't get rich overnight, that you have to work and work hard. You need to build your own team and guide them through. Tell them to check it out for free that no fee is needed since all is FREE. Talk about your own experience, too. And good luck!
