New affiliates must take one step at a time and must do their best to understand what SFI is all about by investing their time and patience in going through the provided useful information, trainings, and do not hesitate to ask your uplines or sponsors, your a2a friends, SFI's support team or even Mr. Gery himself.
Just do not immediately quit without trying as quitter's never win.

They will not move as fast as they will like. They need to pace themselves and believe in their upline and their self.
2. I for one would not do every last lesson on Launchpad the first month. Do enough to make the fast track and earn their EA. The following month finish the Launchpad to maintain their EA.
3. The need not forget to complete their profile - that includes adding a picture of themselves.
What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?
The most important moment was when registering a new member to it as his sponsor in a letter of welcome advise on the most important tasks that you need to do - if possible do it with him. Teach them first of all that this is not a job where earning over night, it is foreseen for the first month of his training that will teach you how to, how many ways there is a possibility to earn. Do not allow means that the new member first month of work more than necessary 1500VP for EA status, teach him how to preserve as many special points for next month and most important of all, it needs a lot of quotes and teach which all the marketing tools available from a company that will help him in the coming months to achieve the objectives set by themselves.

First and foremost don't get overwhelmed with the idea of your own business. Affiliates should only log in and complete your to do list and take as much time as possible to soak up the information that it takes to succeed in this program. Don't get discouraged ,all good things come in due time.

From what I see new affiliates should not commit themselves to this if they don't take this as a real business. Although it is a gift they should have and maintain the attitude that it is going to take work to get where I need and want to be.
If they gain the attitude that I can get fired if I don't do my job, and believe just that, then they may go very far in this business. I am finding out that patience and everyday work is beginning to pay off. My attitude is this: If this is what I'm seeing now, imagine two, three years from now! Then all I can say after that thought is WOW!

First, a New Affiliate should not go on clicking/earning VPs without reading the content of what is written there and understood properlyy. Also, they should not go on learning more than two lessons per day from Lauchpad.
In their first month they should not sponsor PSA's as far as possible, as the first month is a learning period on how to become a successful guide for downlines and how to run their SFI business successfully.
