I think that it is worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs!

That's the good way to show them that you are talking to them like an individuals, that you are paying special attention to every one of them. That's good motivational tool and the way to make a new PSA work with greater enthusiasm than he/she would when reading cold group mailings.

On the other hand, group mailings are good in latter phase when you are motivating your team and telling them to go on and giving them special advices.

It is true that thousands of SFI affiliates are doing the same thing.

That is the point of SFI, but every one of them does it his own way. Every one has his own concept of leading busines the right way. That is exactly why some affiliates are on top and others are not.

My oppinion is that the most important thing is to be persistant in intention to succeed and you will eventually stand out from the crowd!

The most important thing that new affiliates NOT do in their first month is that they do not get all of VP from launchpads and intermediate actions.

They shoud use these points wisely!

The most important is that they do all of their GETTING-STARTED ACTIONS and to do daily and weekly actions. The points from launchpads and intermediate actions they shoud uso ONLY for missing points to EA status.

That's how they get EA and EA2 status in first two months.
