thanks for your question but i must say that sending a welcome letter to various individuals in your team, down-liners or PSAs is very advisable because that will encourage them more and also show them that u care.

1.AS a new sfi affiliates there are some certain things you must not do at the very first month,such as
1.you must not leave your to-do list without checking and reading them thoroughly everyday even as an old sfi affiliate.

2. DO not be in a hurry to earn 1,1,Versa points from your to-dolist,though they said that a continuous drop of water makes an ocean but that should not just be your main focus making sure that you understand every little sentence on the red boxes will help you more to know what is required of you on each day. hope i have being able to help you with your question thank you
