The single most important thing you should be doing is Stay Team Leader.

Achieving this goal involves all actions necessary for success. SFI is the best portal for self education. It contains all the tools and advices how to stay and enlarge your status. Be good student.

At first, you should use more of your time learning than doing. Read as much as you can. Be patient and hard worker ready to share your knowledge with your new associates. Help others to succeed and advance

The simple answer is: DUPLICATION.

The complex answer involves how you became a BTL+ as there are several ways to get to that level of Team Leadership.

Way #1 is to gain the sales VP and the action VP via tripleclicks and buying stuff with no EA2s in your Genealogy. Becoming BTL+ in this manner is a hollow victory, though it does get you a share of second home CSAs and EA2 CSAs can generate decent amounts of commissions and VP, but you get no second or greater VP matching

BASED FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE:
_Log in to SFI every day or as often and do your work & responsibility. (YOUR WORK WILL SERVE AS AN EXAMPLE TO YOUR TEAM).
_Visit your geneology often to monitor how are they doing.
_Encourage them when you see that they are not moving from where they are.
_Visit their VP Ledger to see if what else do they need to do so you can send a tip or remind about it to them. (JUST DON'T ACT AS IF YOU ARE HURRYING THEM OR dont be too demanding)

This is a great question.

As a new Team Leader please email your team, make sure you have the right answers for their questions. And if you do not know the answer let them know you will find out for them.

Also keep doing your versa points everyday. Work with your movers. The movers are your first priority, second is the rest of your team.

Also make sure your leadership page is up to date. Keep team up to date with new news or forums that are interesting to have

"As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?"
Great question Stephen.
Personally I feel sponsoring new PSAs should be your most important priority. Without a downline your team can not possibly grow.
You can find all the necessary training right at your fingertips, go to your training drop down tab then sponsoring. Follow these strategies for maximum success.
As a leader you now have many important “things” to do. Work on

I think that to be a team leader is a very responsible position. Status leaders can reach easily in the first or second month, but it is difficult to sustain without money if you do not have a good, high-quality, active, strong and capable team. I don't see the point of this kind of leadership, except to satisfy our vanity that beside our names written BTL, STL, GTL or PTL.

So, be a team leader without a team is only status without coverage. For this reason, for every leader should be

Because Team Leaders, as the numbers indicate, are a rare commodity in SFI, the single most important thing you should be doing is teaching duplication of your skills, determination, actions, and successes.

Most people drop out of SFI without even earning 150 vp. Then another large group quits without reaching EA2. In order to reach true success, you must climb the ladder of Team Leadership.

As you teach duplication, you should also be learning it from your successful upline

The single most important thing you should be doing is learning enough about SFI to
help your group.

Send the welcome message suggesting they use the Google Translator found at the bottom of the page if English is not their first language.

Do not redo what SFI will be teaching them in their daily lessons.Just let them know you will be there to answer their questions.

Put your email at the bottom of your welcome note. Also your up-lines.Keep in mind they
