"As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?"
Great question Stephen.
Personally I feel sponsoring new PSAs should be your most important priority. Without a downline your team can not possibly grow.
You can find all the necessary training right at your fingertips, go to your training drop down tab then sponsoring. Follow these strategies for maximum success.
As a leader you now have many important “things” to do. Work on all of these and your new PSAs will benefit from your knowledge.

The answer to this question is very simple.
Be honest with your prospects,tell them about your success and how long it has taken you to get there.
I have found that when you are honest up front the prospect will understand that SFI is designed for long term leveraged residual income. This will eliminate the "wanna get rich fast crowd" and decrease the number of "tire kickers" on your team.
