Use the co-op manager to handle the shares.

Offer positions by a choice, they pay or serve to join. Those not paying for a spot must perform some type of action that either generates funds to advertise their position or generates traffic to the co-op.

Aim for accountable and progressive results. Each month should end in a report of your success and begin with new goals and a stronger budget or game plan. The more your team is involved in the success of the co-op the better your results will be so plan actions or task members can do to help the co-op grow.

Advertise the co-op using both free and paid sources and do your best to have the new referrals join the program throughout the month instead of all joining teams in a day or two. The easier it is for last month's participant to remember achieving success the more likely they are to rejoin your next co-op.

Co-op advertising is a popular and very powerful method of advertising in which two or more people share the cost of advertising and the resulting benefits. It allows you and your team members to pool your dollars together to advertise, and then share in the resulting leads generated. You can participate in the S-Builder Co-op, or you can create your own co-op.

The easiest way to set up a co-op is to use your Genealogy Report to select affiliates you would like to invite to participate and send a message to them. Explain the type of advertising you're going to do, how you will set up the co-op - whether they'll receive an equal share of affiliates generated or a specific quantity of affiliates, etc.-, and the cost or requirements to participate. There is no limit to the number of participants you can have in a single co-op.

Immediately upon submitting your list of participants, your co-op is live. With Internet advertising, you could literally set up a co-op and be generating affiliates for your participants within minutes.

You can even add someone to the co-op after affiliates begin to come in. However, when you do this, the system will automatically give your new participants all the affiliates coming in until they "catch up" with the original participants.

If you lack the time or the experience, the S-Builder co-op is ideal. Through the Co-op Manager tool, SFI does all the heavy work and provide you the platform to create and run easy, no-fuss co-ops. All you have to do is plug in your co-op participants and collect payments. It's a great way to build your team.

Here is the best way to do it.

You can have your affiliates contribute a set amount of money and you can buy shares of S-builder.
For example say, you have 5 affiliates give $13 a piece.
You can have them pay you through PayPal
You can then buy 3 shares of S-builder.

You would then go to your co-op manager and set it up.

Note: If you do not want to use S-builder you can do other ECAs selling signups
or SFI new product PSA’s to go.
The concept would be the same not matter which source you use.

Using the Co-op Manager and forming a co-ops with your participant meeting a qualification you determine, and monitor, for each co-op is best way in my opinion.

Your own judgment, liberality, and how easy you want to make it on yourself are your traits that will guide you as the administrator.

You could use one co-op for the affiliates that are staying active and trying. Some of them may not have the financial ability to put much money into their business. But they have the desire and drive to work and progress as they can. The SFI standard for "Active" is having logged in within the last 7 days and done something more than log in (I have seen it).

Encourage Wave3 by having a co-op for Wave3 Members only.
Encourage IAHBE by having a co-op for IAHBE Members only.
Encourage CSAs by having a co-op for Active CSAs only. Help CSAs so you profit more.
Encourage Rank achievement and Maintaining Rank with a co-op for those builders.
Encourage Rank by the number of shares for participants in all co-ops.
For me, I avoid the issue of collecting money from participants.

I have only 7 co-ops.

There is no need to reinvent the wheel.

Goto https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/TLCoopNew for the easiest way to set one up. I believe that it is the best way. If however you are capable of setting one up yourself by some other means, you should set one up. Be creative.

The main thing here is promoting your co-op within your team. Its a great way not only to build your affiliates own downline but also to encourage team participation.

- use s-builder coop with several affiliates that reduce the price of the unit for each one

- in the same way use several s-builder coop units

- advertise them for your affiliates through emails, skipe, social networks for your actual and future affiliates without SFI prohibited ways

I think the best way to set up a co-op is to do it through the S builder co-op on SFI.

They provide all the tools you need to help your affiliates, on a rotation basis, S builder co-op will also help to get some TripleClicks customers as well as PSA’s

The best way depends on the individual.

For me the most successful advertising co-op is the S Builder co-op. You can set it up by clicking the Power Tools tab and clicking on the CO-op Manager from the drop box. Follow the instructions and you are set. It really works. You will have to purchase at least 1 unit of S Builder form TripleClicks. I have 3 units and set the co-opp which generates PSAs for me and my active downline (PSA and CSA).

You can advertise on free sites.
As you get pple coming in you can award your hard working affiliates with PSA.
You can encourage your affiliates to go for S builder co op.

Best? That's a good question. I've been using the S-builder co-op. If you want easy, there is no easier way and it works. You can also track down your own prospects using your own advertising and use the company co-op system to run them through and have the sign ups distributed to your down line. That works also. Purchase signups and share them through your co-op. All of these methods are good.
