The way you have to communicate with your Personally Sponsored Affiliate is contact with them weekly mail to your PSAs,this will give them a nice support.
Send to them your monthly planing to reach 1500 Versa Points,so by these they can get easily versa points.
Planing should be there to earn versa points,through this you can help your PSAs.
First, to make sure that they are going over the training manual, guide them to the manual to find the answer themselves. Then if they are still having trouble comprehending something them, then help them understanding it. If you automatically give them all the answers then you are hindering them from knowing where to go for answers and allowing them to use you as their crutch. Great leaders teach their team on how to lead so that they can have a stronger team.

The best way to help your PSA's understand SFI is by allowing them first hand to see exactly what you do on a daily business. Meet at a library, café, work station during lunch or someplace that you can utilize a computer and show them step by step what goes on inside of SFI. By doing this the individual would have a common picture of the procedures rather than they saying yes and when it is time for them to go on to SFI they get lost. I would say let them see the process.

To help your PSAs you have to provide them following tips..
1. First of all welcome him to join SFI Team.
2. Ask him to read SFI Basics.
3. Then ask him for Launchpad lessons carefully.
4. Ask him to do daily login and attained all red tabs.
5. Again ask him for login to triple clicks and play hourly games to earn TCredits.

Offer them links to where they can find what they are seeking .I know from the personal example of how difficult when you do not have answers to many questions ,because my sponsor gave up already in the second month of my Placement in SFI .That's why I'm trying to find an answer to each PSA to his dilemma !
