The best way to get my PSA understands SFI is not to overload them with too much information at one time. I will tell them to start with SFI Basics and Launchpad. I will tell them not to rush through these two items. If they have read them too quickly in order to require VPs, then I will tell them to go back and review SFI Basic and Launchpad from time to time. Apart from that, I will tell them to go through carefully the benefits and compensation plan. Next, I will give them the link how to become executive affiliates and maintain the rank. Then, I will tell them to go through the SFI Marketing Center to learn up the marketing methods and the many marketing aids that available for advertising. I will teach the duplication to make them build their team and make their team stronger.

The best thing you can do for your PSA is to allow them the space to learn from their own mistakes. Help them when them reach out to you. Offer them your assistance and guidance. Show them that you are a leader. Listen to their concerns and empathize with their plight.

The way to grow a plant is to nurture it just enough to grow. If you water it too much you can kill it. If you fertilize it too much you can kill it. If it get's too much sunlight it will kill it. The plant needs just the right conditions to grow. So let your PSAs grow. When they need your guidance, they will ask and sometime you just have to learn the cues to look for. Learn what they mean. Every affiliate is not inactive when they are not accruing VP. If they are logging in, they may be trying to understand how things work. Every once and a while in this case, a nice E-card reminder will let them know that you are there and concerned.

Let your PSAs learn at a pace that is comfortable for them. You understand by now but they are newbies. You have to let them learn and they have to want to learn. This is the best way to help. If you try to force feed them you will run them away!

To help your PSAs, teach them how to get along here.Tell them about START; SFI BASICS,LAUNCHPAD and other TABS on their Homepage.Tell them that, at the beginning,they have to read, re-read and learn a lot.You can't do that for them.
SFI provides all of us with all the knowledge we're going to need in our businesses.Teach your PSAs where to find what they are looking for.Otherwise, they should just depend on you for everything.
Once they read a lot of materials,if they still don't understand something and need clarification on some issues,they can contact you for your help and support.
Let them know that they can count on you, but to be really successful they have to work hard.Tell them all about Fast Tracker,because in such a short time (just 24 hours) they probably shouldn't find that without help.

There are two important areas which is the best way to help PSAs understand SFI. These areas are duplication and earnings calculator.

DUPLICATION

1) Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month.
2) Recruit five affiliates using the marketing methods and marketing aids at Affiliate Centre.

Tell your PSAs to estimate their earnings:
For example:

A. How many of your personally sponsored affiliates do you think will become Executive Affiliates (min. 1,500 VersaPoints) each month? - 5

B. How many affiliates sponsored by the affiliates in your group do you think will become Executive Affiliates each month? - 3

Based on the information you entered, your estimated commissions will be:

$135.30 per month after 6 months ($1,623.60/yr)
$983.10 per month after 12 months ($11,797.20/yr)
$2,057.70 per month after 18 months ($24,692.40/yr)
$3,521.10 per month after 24 months ($42,253.20/yr)

Additional income can be earned through ECA Royalties, Direct Sales and SFI contests.

Hi,

Best way to help is guiding them to read LAUNCHPAD, GERY`S Leadership page and ask them to listen to the START video on their homepage.

Interested affiliates will always find ways to better their situations,they will have to ask you questions. Checking their TO DO LIST and reminding them where they need to make points and what they need to read or do will be som of the things you as their Leader/ sponsor can help them with.

What works for me is that I quickly inform my PSAs about entrying the free hourly GAMES to win 2 free TCs and they love it,that way they can find out that there is more fun opportunities for them and not just reading and collecting points. Let them know they can express their own views and right down answers they have and want to share with others so they feel a part of SFI and they can grow in their confidence.

I know it is a lil difficult to make one understand anything new.

I ll share some ideas here:

First and foremost please ask your PSA to go through the basics of SFI. Explain in summary or atleasst outline the major advantages like he or she can work at his own time and speed, there is no boss , no orders , no time limits. Its all about investing your time in learning and earning.

The best way is to encourage him or her to read about SFI, it is all there, so definitely the next step is the launch pad lessons. Here im sure your PSA will understand SFI better as it explains clearly what are the benefits to have joined SFI in each lesson.

Now my experience: as for me , even before reading , my superb sponsor actually came to my place and explained to me practically what I was supposed to do and how i can earn my versa points by doing the daily action, weekly actions etc. so her my message is be supportive to your PSA and give her the necessary help especially in the beginning then later like now I am independant , your PSA will become independant too.

Every week dont forget to send a word of encouragement and reminders through PSA mailer. Try to answer your PSA to tour best ability.

"What is the best way to help my PSAs understand SFI?"

Tracy, I think this is a question most of us as Team Leaders have asked ourselves. For us to effectively help our PSAs understand SFI, we ourselves have to fully understand the basic concept of the business. Review SFI Basics and Launchpad activities occasionally, visit forums, view the internet lessons and read widely to enhance your understanding of the program. Having a sufficient understanding of the program will help you to break it down in meaningful part so that you can explain it to your PSA. The way or strategy you choose to use is best determined by you.

Let us say that you have chosen to use SFI basics as your orientation material (guaranteed, many new affiliates read this but many only understand 20-30% of what they have read). At this point you would go through this material one step at a time focusing on the key terms and concepts such as the SFI, Versa Points, SFI To-Do List, TripleClicks Executive Pool, and Affiliate Centre etc. In this way you are slowly and gradually introducing the program. When you are comfortable that they understand the basic you can introduce them to step 2 and so on.

This is a very important question for every SFI affiliate to understand an put into practice if he/she wishes to go far in this business. PSAS are like blood in the body without it you can not survive . In SFI duplication is the main thing that powers the business and you cannot duplicate what you don' t have.
Now to answer your question, first you must develope a relationship with your PSAs . Make them feel like kings. Give them a sense of belonging and always appreciate their effort no matter how little.
Check their profile to know their strength and weakness and from there you assertain hew best you can help him or her.
Never allow a week to pass bye without communicating with them via phone where possible, the weekly SFI mailer, email and of recent the wonderful and colorful E-cards. Answer their questions promptly. Those that are doing well appreciate them while the ones that are not give the tip on how to do better. Set an achievable contest and ready to redeem it. Reassin PSAs to deserving ones don't fort gift certificate believe you me it an awesome tool in motivation . Above all be an awesome sponsor and lead by example. Success is infectious ,and if play your card well by been a humble and bendable leader all you PSAs will all want to be infected too. Yes don't forget to set a co- op for your team, it helps especially for those weak in sponsoring and encouraging to add s-builder co-op for those that can afford it wouldn't be a idea.
