The main thing is DUPLICATION.
Make sure your PSAs are follow you.For that you need to be ready for them to help.

And also you can mail them separately to understand SFI business.SFI is itself a good trainer with its big community_ASK SC.You can also ask them as they are doing their asks sc actions everyday.If yes,then they will be cleared with any doubts.

A good Team Leader must help his or her PSAs to understand SFI.Firstly,I recommend that he or she focuses on the following links:
-he explains to his PSAs what or who SFI is.
-he ensures that they understand what TripleCliks are and where they fit in the picture.
-he also shows and explains to PSAs the different Income streams avalaible.
-he teaches how it is important to become an SFI Executive Affiliate(EA) and how to remain an EA each month.

The best way to help your PSA's is to encourage them to do what you are doing.
As their sponsor, you have to show them as an example that if they do what you are doing, they will achieve what you have achieve.
You cannot encourage them to do Standing Orders if you yourself, don't do that.
You cannot encourage them to buy on TripleClicks if you yourself, don't do that.
Just be honest, tell them what you're doing for them to follow you.
I think you should refer them to SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD.This will surely help them to understand SFI.You can also ask them to go through Reference.This this build their confidence to work with SFI.ASK SC also provides a very good opportunity to know about SFI.Then you can refer them to Training.This will make them efficient.

SFI is the "Command Center" if you will, it is where an Affiliate can keep track of what is happening elsewhere in their Triple Clicks, in their recruiting efforts and their point accumulation.
Triple Clicks is the source of income- either by commissions generated by sales, or by the Versa points we collect each month, each worth one share of the 40% of revenue generated by all sales in Triple Clicks each month.

Than writed down what you find out with your one words and thoughts.
Now you have to choose a tool to copy your knowledge.
Of course you can use a material that already exist: SFI Support, FAQ, ASK SC, Forum, video tutorials...But if somebody ask you something from that material...maybe you will not understand a question or give a right answer streight a way.
So make some your tools, anything...tutorial Step by step typed in Word...and you will now in the middle of the night answers on any question.

Start them off with the basics (the SFI Basics, that is). Have them go over that page. Once they've gotten a feel for everything, get them started on the LaunchPad lessons. You can even email your PSAs and give them a pep talk or set up a chat session with them. There are many resources you can use to help your PSAs understand how SFI operates and how it may benefit them in the long run.
I encourage my new team members start slowly and read through each Launchpad lesson. I tell them to re-read if necessary, but do not move on from a lesson until they feel comfortable with it. I tell them they should be able to explain each lesson in detail to me prior to moving to the next one.
This makes sure they fully understand and know exactly what SFI offers and how the program works.
I also consistently remind my team members that they should go over the training materials weekly to keep everything fresh in their minds.
