What are the best FREE methods for attracting and sponsoring new affiliates?

The best free method i could share to you is to share your knowledge and experience here on SFI. Give them the best tips you, yourself were doing. In return, it will boost them up like the way it did to you and they could experiment more if they have experienced something better the way you have told them to do so. Plus, it will help you too if they become EA2 the following months. Motivation is the key to success and if you help them through that, it will lead them both of you on top.
What is the best way to help my PSAs understand SFI?

The best way to help your PSA's is to encourage them to do what you are doing.
As their sponsor, you have to show them as an example that if they do what you are doing, they will achieve what you have achieve.
You cannot encourage them to do Standing Orders if you yourself, don't do that.
You cannot encourage them to buy on TripleClicks if you yourself, don't do that.
Just be honest, tell them what you're doing for them to follow you.
When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?

First of all, we have the best way to deal with every situation we encounter.
But for me the best way to give your team member the best and the closest answer is to lead them on SFI forums and topics that is connected to their question. But in order to do that, you, yourself must identify what is the answer for that concern. Although, you may not be that sure how to deliver the real message of the scenario due to being inexperienced on the case told by your team member, but actually, you and your team member will be able to learn together by doing this. You helped him to know the answer, plus he help you to know the answer too.
Either way, you could send him the link that you have thought of it as the solution to his concern and it will help you explain their query.
