First of all YOU have to understand SFI system. Every detail. Investigate every subject.
Than writed down what you find out with your one words and thoughts.
Now you have to choose a tool to copy your knowledge.
Of course you can use a material that already exist: SFI Support, FAQ, ASK SC, Forum, video tutorials...But if somebody ask you something from that material...maybe you will not understand a question or give a right answer streight a way.
So make some your tools, anything...tutorial Step by step typed in Word...and you will now in the middle of the night answers on any question.

First you have to build your network of affilates and parallel with that to open your ECA store on TripleCliks. Sponsoring your affilates how to create their networks and develop your ECA store as example to them.
Second, when your network are become stable and your PSAs start to work with their affilates, you will have more time to focus on ECA and TripleCliks. Creating a refferal ECAs, trade with a products, advertising, looking for consumers.

There are no inactive affilates, only not enough trained or educated sponsors.
There are no doubtful customers, only incapable advertisers and dealers.

What I want to say is that you see a problems on another place. Your success in SFI business don't depends on anybody else than YOU. So try to find out your mistakes, fix them and spend more time to improve your knowledge of marketing.
