"How can I help the Movers on my team move up to the next level?"

Excellent goal. For starters that's why the 'Movers' tab exists so you can work with your workers! Of course, the same rule applies to movers as to inactives as far as getting them to take action on your recommendations. You can't make anyone do anything that they are not willing to do. They don't work for you or care that you are their sponsor. They care about 1 thing and that is THEIR progress. Never

You simply tell them the truth that each month everyones monthly VP total is reset to zero. This means every month you have to requalify for milestone achievements. Commissions are paid on the VP you earn from month to month. The cummulative total of VP are used to maintain power ranking only. Those VP will start to roll off after 180 days. This levels the playing field for all affiliates and encourages those affiliates who may think that they can't possibly achieve the higher VP totals due

The hardest thing for affiliates to do is to get started. SFI has an ultra simplified SFI Basics page and I usually send this link to them in a ECard welcoming them to my team. I'd love to say that they feel the love . . .but most you never hear from which means they were paid to sign-up from a PTC or PTR site. I try to avoid this advertising like the plague and I don't recommend it to my team.

The rule of thumb is to work with the workers. When someone is serious about getting

I'm told to lead by example in SFI...but how can I demonstrate this to my PSAs and CSAs?

Leading by example is easy. We have merit badges and these display our efforts to our team. So if you expect your team to achieve merit badges then you should achieve them. To date I have 34 merit badges and counting. So if you were in my network and clicked on my profile how might this inspire you?

Some may say, he's privileged or a senior affiliate. Yet others will doubtless say if he did it, I can do it too! That's leading by example. You inspire others to reach higher milestones

You can easily promote any ECA by using the information in the marketing center. Remember, TripleClicks is your superstore within a store. Every ECA's products are tied to your TripleClicks account. So when you review are product that you like to promote it all you have to do is to click on the product link and you will get a unique link so you can promote the product or the ECA.

You can promote as many ECAs as you like on your social channels by sharing information about products

Which is better to do...recruit PRMs or PSAs?

Some people would argue that you should promote for PRMs because active PRMs spend money on TripleClicks products. But so do active PSAs. Furthermore, a PRM can stay a PRM or choose to become a PSA, or ECA. But PSAs are essentially both PRMs and PSAs. Should they decide to open a store, then they can.

In conclusion, it's not whether or not they are PRMs or PSAs that matters but rather if they are actively supporting TripleClicks. This is what makes commissions - sales! Whether

How can we help our team members benefit from the W3 program who are new to using the internet and do want not to use any social media platforms?

Not everyone likes to be on Facebook. Simply tell them how it works and to share this information with people on their contact list. Email, telephone, word of mouth, and direct mail still are very plausible ways of promotion. It may be necessary to weed out any prospects that are homophobic or worried about someone getting their personal information. Trust me, they already know or know where to look if they wanted to find out.

That said, if someone doesn't understand how it all works

How do you plan to promote the new Eager Zebra game, Uber-Picks?

I promote Uber Picks the same as I promote everything else by using the tools in the marketing center. You can share banners on your blogs and social networks. You can also put banners in advertising exchanges. The key to good results is consistency and frequency. You can't just post 1 banner in 1 exchange and forget promoting elsewhere. Place banners in 100s of exchanges which have high traffic and you are bound to get a few signups.

Yes, my focus has changed since I joined a few years ago. SFI was different then and their was little support from the old forum, no Ask SC, No A2A, support was struggling to handle calls and do the daily business. I remember reaching out to my upline and sponsor - no support there in the beginning. I posted a few ads and looked for my big payday!

Well it didn't come

"Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?"

Practice. Practice. Practice. That's the only way to get good at something is to do it over and over with constructive criticism along the way. Improve with each writing and soon you will writing proficiently. Also you can learn from other works:

1. The Chicago Manual of Style
2. The Element of Style
3. MLA Writing Guide
