People don't follow opportunities but they will follow people that they like and trust. So you have to build that trust. Being a good listening means that you first have to understand what your PSA/CSA is asking of you. We have to make time for our team if we choose to have one. Everyone comes to SFI with questions and yes most of the information sought is right there in black and white. Yet, remember when you joined? You didn't read all the details either and your mind raced with anticipation of a big pay day. Or maybe you are just the thorough analytical type and read everything. Not everyone does.

Have some empathy and set the expectation with your team as to when you will be getting back with them about questions. No, we can't spend all day answering questions but if it means that your PSAs and CSAs are learning and following your recommendations then isn't it worth your time to help them gain more success so you can attain better success? Invest in others and it will make you richer beyond your wildest expectations.

Honestly, you can only show your affiliates the path. You can't make them travel the path and you can't do the work for them. That said, when I have a mover, I direct them to the exact resources I use and the steps I take routinely to achieve what I achieve and I am 1 in my class. So if they want to be number one in their class, it's simply a matter of adhering to my recommendations. Consequentially, if you can help your team to cash out as early as possible; you will have a network of workers for life. This is my objective and I try to learn how much money they expect to make and then give them a plan to make that happen. Definitely keep the lines of communication open.

I don't make a distinction between my PSAs and CSAs when it comes to support. I support them equally. Why? CSAs are often time more receptive to you because they don't think that you are trying to just sell them something like PSAs. Everyone realizes 45% on the commission volume for PSAs but only 15% for CSAs. So when you take the time to support them even though you only get 1/3 the commission they get that you really want to help otherwise; you can just support your PSAs right?

When it comes to support, I tell my CSAs to do the same things that I tell my CSAs. I want every to succeed in this so I don't have secrets. If it works for me then it will work for them. Yet, not everyone will take your advice. So be aware of the level of desire in your affiliates. If they reach out to you respond in 24 to 48 hours. Your team dictates how you contact them and how often. Be flexible and available. Not everyone has skype or uses chat. Some prefer the phone and others email. Whatever works and keeps the line of communication open is what you should use.

Well, video marketing is very effective when incorporated with other marketing strategies like email marketing, and social media marketing. So you can make your video using video making software or you can make it with something like your smart phone. The best way to promote your video is on youtube. So you must register a Youtube account and abide by the terms of service. Then you can share your youtube videos using gmail, and facebook. The more videos you upload the more traffic your profile will have on youtube and you can share those videos.

When you share your videos using gmail, the video previews in the email. Using safelist you can drive 1000s of visitors to your video. In the description of your video be sure to include your referral link. Put it in the first 50 characters because that will preview in youtube as well. Be sure to use tracking software so that you can determine where most of the safelist traffic is coming from.

To share your videos on Facebook, just make sure that your privacy settings are set to public so that when you share the video on a friends timeline or your profile everyone can see it. People will like your video, and make comments. Then you have to use that information from inside your Facebook ad account to boost the videos with the most engagement. Just keep your videos within about 2 mins. All of the stats will be available from within your ad account.

The TW or CW programs are designed for the same purpose to encourage activity in your network. Sometimes people are slow to invest into something they are not sure about. Both programs ensure your new PSAs that you are serious about their success and that's why you are offering assistance. Some may see these programs as a hand out and refuse to participate. Yet, I beg to differ. Encouraging your affiliates is never a hand out but a hand up. Your generosity and goodwill could be the catalyst that sparks a fire in your PSAs and now you have a partner for life.

I suggest that you try both and see which works out best for you. Don't be surprised to see that many will continue to do nothing. But for the right PSA, it will be just enough to help them get 'hooked' and grow their SFI business.

The Forum is a great place to build alliances and learn everything related to SFI. In my opinion, I recommend that every affiliate build a working relationship with their sponsor because they are the one person who has a vested interest in your SFI success. Learn from them and your upline.

Nonetheless, every affiliate doesn't have an active sponsor. This is where the forum becomes vitally important. So how do you get the most out of the forum? Follow these recommendations and you will do just fine:

1. Read the terms of service and follow the forum posting guidelines.

2. Spend time at the forum everyday learning from posts and added your feedback.

3. Don't comment on post just for the sake of commenting without adding value.

4. Always add value in your post.

5. Do make connections with other leaders at the forum. There is always room for improvement. You can learn from more experienced forum members and help less experienced forum members.
