The Product Collections on TripleClicks is an excellent way to collectively group products from different ECAs and promote them on various social groups, whatsapp and link the taste of your customers towards the products.

You have the freedom to create "collections" depending on the needs of your customers. I find this a very effective way to create interest especially for products you have tried yourself. It is also a lot easier for prospects to find the products easily rather than having to go through heaps of products.

It is also important to be able to service the needs of your customers so "collections" can help you group products that are in that price range that is ideal for the budget of your customer.

There is no limit to the number of "product collections" you can generate for various age groups - from wellness, personal care, natural products to items that would be great for kids.

Once you know who you are promoting the products to, it is easy to set up a "collection" custom made for your customers!

These are my observations about the changes especially the Designated Diamond initiative. It is clear that they are meant to:-

a) Help the affiliates reach leadership levels starting with becoming a BTL

b) Highlight the importance of having an active down line

c) More active team members means a better commission cheque which means more available funds to invest in your business.

d) It encourages those leaders who have an active team to move higher up and make a commitment to achieve Diamond Team Leader.

e) It gives incentives to prospective affiliates to see the SFI as a lucrative alternative income stream and join the scheme

f) The changes support the business idea to have active affiliates which is the core concept of this business.

Many affiliates pay considerably more attention to their PSAs and in my view look after/support them a lot more than their CSAs. I have more CSAs than PSAs and if I had a surge of active CSAs, my commissions would also hike up. Therefore, these are some of the tactics I employ to keep in regular touch with my CSAs which again, I categorize them.

1. I have those CSAs that are active in my team and appear in my Movers list so I can keep a regular check on their progress and try to leave them alone because I know they are making an effort to consistently log in. I however, drop in a casual "thank you, congrats, need any help" E Cards to them to let them know that I am not taking them for granted.

2. I have a second group of CSAs who have been in my team for a long time and they are as good as active and this is where my focus is on:

- I write on the stream, just for CSAs giving them encouragement and letting them know that although it is not easy to run a business, we are all working with a team and that makes supporting each other, motivating.

- I use the Team Mail, not always every week, perhaps twice in a month to send them information about what is new in SFI and if they have not yet tried out the program, they should check it out.

- I also provide my contact details on skype, email and telephone contact in case they wish to have a one-one chat outside SFI, they know I am available.

This helps a lot because I notice that when a telephone number is present, the CSAs and other PSAs also see that this is a real person they are talking to. This holds true for new members who join and are still unsure about SFI.

This would take care of all the CSAs and ensure that I have taken responsibility to guide them in the best possible way I can. I would not be able to do more than provide a contact telephone number - this tells them that I am serious in what I am doing. People do not always give out personal contacts easily.

First let us understand the importance of Versa Points before we can explain why the total for the month (VP) sets to Zero.

Versa Points help to:

1. Determine your rank qualification within 3 categories, your Class (people who joined on the same day you did), your Country (how you are placed within your region) and Overall (what is your progress in SFI)

2. Establish your position in the E365 Entrepreneurial Challenge at the end of your 1st year within SFI. The highest collection of Sales (maximum 40,000) and Action points will get you to become a Champion, a recognition that is highly valued.

3. Calculate your commissions based on your rank qualifications and those of your team members (through matching VPs)

These 3 main factors determine your progress within SFI. It is inappropriate to expect to be part of such a ridiculous system where you want to be paid commissions on points you have already earned the previous month in the current month - this is the situation if the counter does not set to Zero.

This is very similar to a scenario where you have been paid for a project last month but you expect to be paid again this month for doing nothing.

Therefore everyone starts at Zero in the new month.

Once the new month sets in, your goals and targets change. The targets of your team members also fluctuate. It would be impossible to think and believe that you could continue being paid for on the previous month's points and not work in the current month. If this was the case, everyone would be waiting for a pay-check without doing anything!

In some months you may have team members who qualify to PTL or DTL while other months they may not qualify-so how would you see this differentiation - through Versa Points! Affiliates do not earn the same commission because their Versa Points accumulated during the month change. It is not a constant figure.

I will speak from personal experiences with my time at SFI.

I am very confident that most people who have joined SFI have done so with the aim of earning an alternative long term income. Different people have different reasons why they have opted for SFI and what expectations they have from being here are largely personal.

I have noticed from interacting in the Forum that some affiliates are jobless, long term employment is hard to find and if they have an income, it is not sufficient for the ever growing demand of having to meet the basic essentials in life. The changes in your life may not be drastic immediately you join SFI but the impact it is going to create will be long term, such as:

- you can rely on various income streams and this will improve your quality of life and that of your family. Your cash flow will improve;
- you will make friends for life, friends you may never have had before;
- you have the resources to empower yourself with knowledge on how to market internationally, serve globally through your ECA and become confident in what you do;
- you will become proficient in various areas of your home-based business and your skills enhanced
- you will have a purpose to work towards, goals to achieve and be your own boss
- you can look after your family/kids from the comfort of your home rather than struggle with the strict regime of a full time employment;
- you know that there is no limit in the capacity to earn in a business and you can exploit this to your benefit;

These are the main benefits I see changing one's life but they are not limited to these.

T Currency

This is the designated system of currency adopted by TripleClicks to allow you to purchase any product that has the equivalent value of the T Currency. For example if you are not able to purchase a product with a particular debit/credit card, you can purchase T Currency from a licensed supplier who will convert your currency payment into T Currency with which you can then make the purchase.

Therefore you would be able to purchase T Credits (a product of TripleClicks) using the T Currency amount that is in your TripleClicks account. However, you would not be able to purchase T Currency with your T Credits. This is what T Credits is.

T Credits

T Credits is the convertible monetary unit equivalent at the time of writing of one (1 T Credit to USD$1.99) You would need to buy T Credits using your T Currency to enable you to:

1. Trade on TripleClicks ie purchase products if you have the equivalent amount of T Credits to the cost of the product.

2. Transfer T Credits to your team members.

3. Play Eager Zebra games on TripleClicks.

4. Bid in PriceBenders auctions.

You can do all of the (1-4) above using your T Currency. However, you need to first purchase the T Credits with your T Currency to be able to do so.

I would like to answer this with some examples that should make this interesting reading. "Nick Vujicic, a motivational speaker in one of his talk says: Just because you cannot see the train coming, does not mean that it will not come"

The first big picture action is placing a "Standing Order" - you cannot see the long term benefit immediately but 6 months or 3 months into your business, when your down lines also have a standing order, you will realise, your investment was every bit worth it.

Climbing mountains for people who have never done it is not easy but they still overcome great odds to be at the top of Mt Everest - some lose their lives in the process!

Impossible tasks like "selling" or "marketing" for those prospective affiliates who think they cannot do it is easy once you start talking. In the process, whatever your initiatives maybe will pay dividends later.

You cannot create big picture opportunities without dreaming Big and then implementing what you desire to accomplish.It starts with the little things; one short email, one e-card, one presentation, one active affiliate. This is how it all builds up to get together a successful venture - it can be any business. SFI is an exception because you have the support of successful people behind the scenes who help you to become successful. This is the Big picture many people need to see.

Motivation is the keyword when it comes to team performance. How to encourage and keep your team energy at a high will be an important part of your responsibility as a Sponsor. Feeling appreciated and ensuring that you reward your high achievers is instrumental in keeping that team spirit.

I have absolutely zero input from my Sponsor but my upline support team member ensures that I also benefit from his achievements and I feel special because :-

1. I am surprised every now and then by his generosity - when there are some extra funds lying around (in his language) he passes them on to his team members; he shows appreciation by way of a reward.

2. He supports his down line's ECAs and that means that he buys from his team members, this is an excellent approach to motivating and encouraging others to own an ECA.

3. Communicating on a regular basis with your team members to let them know that you are there for them is part of that team building effort - to create a rapport between you and your Sponsor so you are no longer in business together but your relationship is more of a friend.

You have to constantly and consistently be visible by your team through the team mail, chat, e-cards or an email. Instilling to them the commitment to continue with the business and persevering against all odds. These are some of the messages you have to pass on to your team that they are capable of succeeding in this business and letting them know that you will be there to support their cause.
