The reason for everyone joining SFI is to make money. I myself stumbled upon this site while searching for work from home program, when I was jobless and almost broke. I jumped into the wagon without any knowledge about network marketing, all I want is money! So put this scenario into someone else’s shoe and we can at least understand why there are so many inactive affiliates here with SFI.

It is everyone question, how to revive our so many sleeping partners? What needs to be done to make them active? For me, I have tried many ways which resulted in me being at the receiving end. Then, there are lines that says, work with the workers! Put me in a better position but not really successful just yet. So my take for this question based on my experience are:

• Invest your time - be a good trainer/leader. Of course, you must master all the skills as much as you can, considering tons of free information made available by SFI.
• Be a good friend – offer your help and respond to their enquiry as fast as you can. If you can’t be reached during certain time, make known to them, at least your PSAs or CSAs will understand as to why they will be getting your late reply.
• Build trust – share everything that is beneficial to your entire team. Don’t be so greedy and selfish. Think and talk with them about long term instead of short term gains.
• If you are on social media, Facebook being the most popular – add them as your friend. Answer to their question honestly and rightly even if they are not your downlines.
• Treat them with respect – accept differences with open heart. Encourage them to use translator should language is the main barrier. You may speak to them in their language using translator but indicate to them it is a translated version because translator may not translate our text to the exact!
• Be a role model – another word is to lead by example. Your daily activities, your achievement, your contribution, all can be seen via your profile. They will certainly emulate their good leaders and may become ones themselves.

Start a culture of sharing. We are a few days away from 2016, and comes January everyone will have to apply a different strategy on how to build an active team instead of going after Team Leaders position. Because team building will be the main focus and it is all about making your teammates successful before you can think about your success. I like this saying -Together, we grow.

Well, your effort to increase traffic to your site already very time consuming where working on your advertising, social media advert, SEO and blogging (content based) already a massive tasks, definitely converting each and every visitor, is your ultimate goal.

Study, understand and make use fully, all available marketing tools provided by SFI. With your websites/blogs ready, ensure that;
1) Share with your potentials on your success story, for example (assuming you as an ECA)
how your marketing strategy helped your other SFI members increased and converted their
traffic to customers/sign-ups. Or even those that leads to sign-up for you.
If possible, give a breakdown of your success story and confirmed it with a testimonials by
your satisfied customers.
2) If you are using testimonials, ensure that every page will have it, from your sales pages to
check-out, these pages may give you an impact for sign-up.
3) Telling/showing how other people are using your products or services can also boost your
sign-up rate.
Again, if you received some great press coverage for example, showcase it in your website.
I think it’s worth a try.
4) Targeted sale pitch – customize it by putting in a unique information targeted towards each
of your visitors.
5) Limited access. Once your visitors check out your website, let them read certain info but
limit them, access to the most important info. To proceed further to your website, make them
register and sign-up.
Example: To start earning, with best of knowledge.... sign up here or sign up in seconds.
You can have the option to sign-up with Google or Facebook too.
You could also offer other things like free gifts, e-books etc.
6) Pay attention to your speed. This has a huge impact on the conversion rate. Delay in page
response = decrease in conversion. Average user has no patience to wait if your page takes
too long to load. You might lose your potential sign-up this way too.

Personally, I feel the recent cyber-attacks has made SFI more 'bullet proof' when it comes to hackers. You may tell your downline that SFI has taken every possible actions to prevent the attacks from happening ever again. ALL Affiliates were informed almost 24/7 on any developments and measures taken to protect all of us at SFI.. to ensure that business runs as usual. I personally experienced a bit of problem signing in, but with the email sent to everyone of us on how to set a new password, things are all back to normal.

All activities should be running smoothly by now! No worries. Remember, we have a rock solid company, personal touch by Mr. Gery Carson and his proven support staff!

Everyone knows and looking forward to have this stream of income offered by SFI to its affiliate. Income that keeps coming in, around the clock, month after month, year after year. Its like a royalty payment for your work done much much earlier, e.g. you write a book and get paid indefinitely on it.

To ensure that you will retire comfortably, knowing that you have this residual income coming in even when you are sleeping, you will need to start building your strong foundation, a solid active members, i.e a solid 5 DTLs, PTLs, GTLs, STLs, BTLs as your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th liners. Even from a solid 5 PTLs, you already assured of a comfortable early retirement.

So, building your team of active members is the key to achieve these huge residual income. "What methods can I use to attract college students to join SFI?"

A few useful tips to get you started in your marketing efforts for these increasingly educated customers.

1. Use social media

Traffic Exchange (TE) can provide you with lots of extra FREE traffic and if you use the right strategies, you may turn those page hits into high quality targeted visitors.

You may want to consider this;

1) Participate and spread your surfing using lots of exchanges
Earn credits by viewing other sites. Use your credits to receive traffic from the exchange to your site. People must view your site for a minimum number of seconds before they proceed to the next site.

2) Surf more than one site at once
This is one of the easiest ways to click up to large number of credits and generate large number of hits to your site. Use multiple tabs to surf more sites at once.

honesty. Put them above your own self.

6) Show your appreciation when your downlines has done something good, reward them the way you
can afford. Some may not be able to give monetary rewards, but somehow show to them that
you care. This is all about a team work. Congratulate them,
