Getting a great response to your flyer or poster, you may have heard of the 40-40-20 Rule, which defines your focus: 40% right product, 40% right audience and 20% creative content.
The right product means giving your customers what they want. The right audience means making sure you know who your audience is. The creative content means making sure your message is engaging, creative and memorable. You can design the greatest flyers/posters, but if it does not speak to your audience or is not placed where your audience can see it, chances are you will not have the response you’re seeking.

Places you could consider:
1) Public places like libraries, community centres, employment agencies billboard etc.
2) Municipal offices
3) Convenient stores billboard
4) Collaborate with newspaper vendor to insert your flyers in newspapers
5) Mass delivery by appointed agent to housing estates/offices

Again, consider the 40-40-20 Rule. It might help you to zoom in to specific targeted audiences.

My suggestion would be;

1) Standing order of your choice is a must. 125 TCredit pack with 1500 VPs, your monthly EA is confirmed. Alternately,100 TCredit pack x 2, will give you 2400 VPs, better VPs compare to 200 TCredits pack.

To re-energize for the coming new year, it is time to relook at your performance, your achievement, your failures, your weaknesses, your contribution towards the growing and successful of your team and the most important, to start planning, strategize and to re-start afresh for the new year 2016.

1) What are some of the most important things you should be looking at?
Set-up your goals (personal & team), what are your action plans to achieve your goals, SWOT analysis to find your area of strength and weaknesses for better improvement in the new year.

2) What about communicating the same to your team? Letting them know your team goals and that you need their cooperation to achieve success as a team. Example, if you want to achieve BTL in January, you need 1 EA2 from your 1st liner. Communicate it. In doing so, not only you will benefit, but your entire team. You are inspiring them to do the same with their downlines and in a way duplication is being created and you have a team of active members. It may results in you or them attaining a higher rank like STL when you have 2 BTLs in your 1st liner.

3) Accept changes with an open heart. Ask everyone to strive for better result. Trusting each other with respect and move forward. Equip yourself with all the latest information to welcome and educate your new affiliates/new team members, PSAs or CSAs.

Look for the greater connections and benefits that you provide. Knowing that you are making a difference in other people’s lives will energize you to devote more attention to what you do. Each person’s job impacts others, and when we see that we can make a difference in another people’s lives, we will recognize even more the value in what we do.

When you get someone to join your team and you, as their Sponsor, are responsible to teach and guide them through. You have to make them understand on how to get started, how to score points, how advance to next level and so on. All of these tools are available 24/7, by SFI. We only need to read and apply what we learn.

Once you are sure that they are able to move forward on their own, it is time for you to let them go. I personally feel that you cannot hold their hand for too long.
The reason being;

1) Your business will not progress if too much attention were to be given to your downlines. You have your own work to do like sponsoring, marketing, strategising your move (towards Team Leader w position) and so on.

2) The most important thing is... you want them to be a Team Leader, like you.. Holding on too long will not benefit you and them. They need to learn the same trade, the same rules and a true Leaders, will normally do something extra ordinary or something different from the rest, to get what they want or want to achieve. Find these 5 true Leaders and will see how your team will grow... deep and very strong.

If someone in your team achieved something, you might want to reward... yes a good thing to do, to encourage them to do better. In this case, for a smaller team, maybe ‘affordable’ but what happen when your team grow bigger? Will you be able to ‘reward’ every single person in your team that did a great job? To me, teach them to do the right thing, learn to earn, learn to be patience and not to give up easily is more important. In the long run, they will get even bigger benefits than the ‘reward’.

Sharing a team Co-Op is one of a better way to help. By sharing the advertisement costs and fair distribution of sign-ups, everyone in the team has a fair chance to succeed.

Helping is always a good thing to do. Draw a line between helping sincerely and overly pampering! Everyone has their own responsibility to achieve success here at SFI.

We could not deny that most of affiliates have been focusing on accumulating VersaPoints as their means of getting higher commission from TripleClicks Executive Pool. Making sales has become secondary, where in actual fact, sales from TripClicks products are more relevant when it comes to making money at SFI. It is a timely question and my views on this topic are as follow:

1) Before selling – be a buyer/user of products of your choice, the one you like most from
thousands of available products. This is what we call Transfer of buying process, from your
external supermarket to your very own superstore, TripleClicks.
2) Next is, with your purchases and by using these products you can share those information
about products you’ve purchase and used, the effects on you, for example if health
products, how this product has help to cure or improve your health, if household products,
how this product made your cleaning much easier, and so on. By sharing your experience,
you are showing and telling everyone in your team the true story and make it much easier
for them to decide and start promoting all these items, thus promoting sales activities within
your group.
3) Stress on another good points. That all orders are processed and shipped by
TripleClicks, so it is secured and hassle free for all members to promote TripleClicks
products.
4) To stay engage, affiliates needs to fully understand the Compensation Plan too, what are
the benefits they are getting, what is commission volume (CV), what is overriding bonus, etc.
As a Sponsor it is our responsibility to point out this from the very beginning, the importance
of making sales by selling TripleClicks products. If possible and if you really care about your
team members, share with them how to write their sales blog, tell them where to advertise
with specific targeted audience and how they should be promoting and what are the most
saleable products.

Members in general, should also play their part by doing their own research on what are the items/products in demand at that specific time, instead of waiting or demanding inputs from their Sponsors/Co-Sponsor. Stream Post are meant for sharing valuable post, where you can instantly send brief messages to your PSAs, CSAs, and/or your entire downline. You are automatically set to receive messages from your Sponsor, Co-Sponsor and Upline Team Leaders. You will also see messages from SFI Corporate and your A2A friends.

So, Stream is very useful where you can:
• Send important instruction to your PSAs, etc. You are able to send to certain level of PSAs in your group depending on your rank, example BTL from level 2 to 6, STL level 2 to 8 and so on. Communicate anything important, but in brief e.g if you are running a competition for your group. Or welcome message to your new PSAs, congrats messages for achievement or just plain motivational quotes to motivate your team of PSAs and CSAs.
• Disperse additional information. If you have or found something e.g good thread from ASK SC which crucial to their progress, just provide them those relevant links, so that they can do the reading by copy and paste those links to their browser.
• Often we see very useful tips from our Upline Team Leaders, use Stream to re-post it to your entire team.

With 3 days interval is recommended, posting at Stream is limited to 340 characters, you have to plan how you like to engage with your team, may by the importance or by the subject if nothing important to share. Communication is the key to your success here in SFI. Proper and timely communication required between you and your PSAs/CSAs. Working as team, helping each other by communicating to your downlines or uplines. Anything bad, communicate it to your Upline Team Leaders and anything good/that make them feel good, communicate it to your downlines.

Among ways/avenues for you communicate are;

1. Phone if you are privileged to their contact number/mobile no.- direct and you can offer
your assistance personally.
2. SFI's IM Chat – check your genealogy to see their ‘gold’ bubble, to indicate that they are
online. Good for personal coaching.
3. SFI Team Mail – a once a week mail to be sent to PSAs/CSAs or both.
4. E-mail – you should be able to write to them if the e-mail address given is valid.
5. Google chat (G-Talk) or hangouts - direct communication and you are able to schedule
meetings.
6. Skype - good for tele-conferencing between team members.
7. SFI Stream Post - you can do it daily but 3 days recommended , in order not to spam.
8. SFI Forum – open participation by all affiliates, sharing and getting additional info are
plenty.
9. Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, MySpace etc - line of
communication are wide open, for you to establish rapport, getting their trust and building
your team together.

Sponsors and Co-Sponsors may apply or adopt different way of communication in order to convey the message to his or her team. Again, how effective these communication are, entirely depends on how clear the message was, if well received by the receiver and if any action taken, as per message or instruction/advice sent.
