You can only train your team to promote SFI on Social Media if you yourself had been promoting SFI or TC successfully for some time. After you advertise on Social Media, you gather experience that can be passed on to your team down the line.

There are basically three good Social Media where people promote their business opportunities and they are:

1. Facebook
2. Twitter &
3. LinkedIn

Twitter allows you to promote your links free of cost where as it is rather difficult to avail free facility on Facebook & LinkedIn

I would suggest my downline to pay few bucks monthly to Facebook & LinkedIn Advertising in order to get more traffic to SFI & TC Gateways.

Even if you get one good affiliate from these websites in a month, it is worthwhile to use these Social Media.

Much is being said in the SFI Affiliate Center Forum, AskSC, and a2a about how few newly sponsored affiliates actually get active with their businesses. This is a real problem; based on my own experience, only about 2% of new PSAs will do anything. Many acquire 10 to 100 VP, and then just fade away. Why is this? And what can we, as SFI leaders, do to turn this around?

A s SFI leaders, it is our job to search through our PSAs to find the few we can teach to duplicate our efforts.

The first thing we need to do is to identify the reasons for the high drop out rate. From this SFI Forum thread come these possible drop out causes:

• Failure to log in every day and do the required work.
• Affiliates are constantly looking for something better.
• Affiliates say they do not understand the program.
• When they join SFI they are looking to get rich quick or are broke and need quick income.
• They are inactive because their sponsors do not try to help their team members understand the SFI system, because they do not understand how SFI works themselves.
• Sponsors do not have time to explain SFI to their downline, so there is a communication gap.
• A lot of new affiliates do not have the patience to learn the benefits of SFI.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO KEEP NEW AFFILIATES FROM LOSING INTEREST

• When we say that new affiliates become overwhelmed by the vast SFI knowledge base and related training, we are really saying they are losing interest because of all they are required to do. Because our new PSAs come from all sorts of cultures, different educational backgrounds, and a variety of work experiences ranging from none to 40 or 50 years, we just don't know how they will react to all the information available to the them. This is why we must think of small ways to reduce the stress placed on new affiliates.

• In these next few sections, we will discuss some possible solutions to the problems coming from our Forum analysis above. These solutions are not intended as suggestions for revising the already wonderful way SFI helps new affiliates get off to a good start. The solutions are intended for Team Leaders and other upline members who may be in a position to influence new PSAs and answer their questions.

• Some new affiliates are not interested in studying about SFI or don't want to take more time learning how to run their SFI businesses.

Therefore, we should not contact them daily. We can contact them at the most three times a day. Day’s can be chosen depending upon your own convenience.

Your question is interesting but seems to be directed towards the Big Dogs.

Although I have big picture in my mind that is becoming a Diamond as soon as possible, but as you know “The man proposes God disposes”.

I am stuck at Gold Team Leader not because of financial difficulties, but untoward events that happen in life. For example, I was in hospital for almost a month. I took my Laptop there and continued to be a GTL.

I use the following methods:

1. I have a personal website to advertise SFI and TC products.

2. I use Safelist advertising on few good old reputed ones,

3. I use Traffic exchange websites for advertising my SFI/TC/EZ games gateways.

4. I use solo Ads.

5. I use text ads exchange programs.

6. I use social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, Linked in, MySpace, APSense etc.

7. I distribute invitation cards to everyone where I get a chance.

8. I am trying to enroll some ECAs from my region.

9. The idea is to reach Diamond at any cost.

10. Then I may relax a little, till then lot of hard work, persistence is required in spite of rejections at many occasions.

It’s a important question for everone to understand and not get surprized when at the beginning of each month your score board shows zero Versa Points. First of we must understand why we score versa points?

We score versa points each month to get our commissions, benefits and bonuses. If we need these perks every month, then we have to score Versa Points each and every month. You need to score. Moreover, if there is no requirement to score Versa Points, no affiliate would like to work.

We get the bonuses depending upon our rank as follows:

10 TCredits if you're an EA2
12 TCredits if you're a Bronze Team Leader
14 TCredits if you're a Silver Team Leader
16 TCredits if you're a Gold Team Leader
20 TCredits if you're a Platinum Team Leader
24 TCredits if you're a Diamond Team Leader

Requirements to stay as EA2, BTL, STL, GTL, PTL & Diamond are as follows:

A BTL needs to score 3000-3999 Versa Points
An STL need to score 4000-4999 Versa Points.
A Gold Team Leader should have 5000-5999 Versa Points.
A Platinum Team Leader need to score 6000 or more (1500 min/3500max0 as sale Versa points.
These Versa points get reset to zero at the beginning of each month & we need to work and earn them again.

Earlier when I use to advertise, I use to concentrate on only getting new affiliates realizing little that the main income is generated from the sales on tripleclicks or ECA program.

Now, early morning I make it a point to advertise my ECA link or links of my favourite ECAs including the links of featured ECA on:

1. Safelist Adverising (at least two good products everyday)

2. Through Traffic Exchanges for 40-45 minutes having uploaded ECA proucts on my websites used in TE Programs.

3. I also have made my habit to advertise Deal of the Day & tripleclicks products (latest) on Facebook,Twitter & Linkedin.

4. I also advertise the ECA links on other Social Media like Myspace, APSense, Digg and Vine etc to promote various good products from various ECA of my country and from all around the world.

5. I have developed the habit of advertising ECA products on these sources twice a day. Once in the morning and then at night before sleeping.

Your question at present is very important and relative in nature. I would love to answer it with my own experience since I joined SFI in 2005 for the first time.

On the outset, I would like to share my experience to everyone here since I joined SFI in 2005. I used to a New HP Desktop that came with a free inkjet printer at that time. Why I am going into the back ground – the main reason is the change in focus. At that time there was no focus on making money online. So, the focus was only learning as I was a newbie to the Internet.
I use to read LAUNCH PAD LESSONS. Internet Income lessons by Little George.

I was introduced to SafeLists by one Mr. Ray. I am thankful to him till today. My focus was on learning & advertising my SFI gateways through Safelists & Traffic Exchanges. There was no TripleClicks.com and SFI use to have products like IAHBE, Health & Wellness Products, Cleaning & Washing Products. There were one Magazine also.

So, I used to print every damn thing I came across and made a note books of spiral bindings. Then a time came, I was in a big financial difficulty. I had to forgo my SFI business and downline as I became inactive in SFI. Despite of leaving the business, I was well versed with SFI business before joining in Dec 11 once again with New SFI ID. The first ID was in 07 digits and the latest was in 08 digits.

Now the focus is on learning, building downline fast and creating duplication among my downline. With the new Team Leader Qualification, it has become all the more difficult to attain higher rank, but in a way it would save on your spending as I may fall to two rank below, but my downline sponsored so far remain with me.

I need to concentrate more PSAs now and treat them as students for duplication. That is where from all the money will come. Merely having a bigger rank has no meaning now. The advertising methods would remain more or less same as Safelist advertising, Traffic exchanged, Solo Ads, purchasing PSAs directly or through S-Builder, Social Media advertising etc. etc.

"What are your top tricks for getting the most out of one's Genealogy?"

Gemelogy is a powerful tool and guide to help you carry out many useful for your SFI business functions.

I apply the following tricks & tips :

1. I use the info-box given on the left hand side of the page to view my PSAs to 7 generations. The Gen Count provides the total number of PSAs I have. The third column EA2 VP shows me total Versa Points earned. Fourth column provided Non-EA2 VPs. I review this box and plan my strategies.

2. I use the Tabs like Basic SFI IDs, Versa Points scored, S-Builder, Communication, Affiliate Manager, Sales, Gift Certificates, Geographic details, Re-assignment tools and Tcredits for the purposes they are meant for.

3. Then I use Sorting & Filtering all my downline in various groups like SFI id, Last Name,Sponsor ID, Versa Points (Total), CSA Assign Date,VersaPoints (This month),Date Joined,VersaPoints,

By all means you should recruit people to become SFI affiliates even if they do not speak or read English. When you see “Growth Tab” in your “Home Page” what do you see? You see the number of affiliates who joined various countries in the last one hour, for example:

535 from India
437 from Nerherlands
350 from USA
253 from South Africa
202 from Pakistan
183 from Columbia
132 from Serbia
132 from Italy
131 from Russian Federation
114 from Nigeria.

Except USA & few other countries, all of them their native languages. Nevertheless, they have joined in 100s per hour.

It clearly shows that language is no barrier in Internet Business like SFI. Moreover “Google Translator” has come to rescue of all of us. So one can safely recruit people to become SFI affiliates even if they do not speak or write English.
