I would say you should never plan to retire from SFI as SFI is a lifelong business. It’s a LEGECY business that means you can transfer it to your near & dear one whenever you wish.

If you go through the SFI Affiliate Agreement. Rule 28. States that Affiliate may not assign rights or delegate duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of SFI. Upon request, SFI will provide Affiliate with guidelines for the sale, transfer, or assignment of Affiliate's SFI business.

What I understand from your question is when and how you should opt-out of SFI Business.
Go through the "Affiliate Agreement"

Rule 33
Both SFI and the Affiliate reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one year from the date hereof and shall automatically renew upon each anniversary without further act of the parties unless either party has terminated this Agreement by written notice to the other. If terminated, outstanding commissions at time of termination shall be paid in the next payment so long as the terms of this agreement were not violated by the Affiliate. Payment of the final commission payment to the Affiliate may be withheld for a reasonable time in order to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

Rule 36.
Should Affiliate not achieve Executive Affiliate (EA) status at ANY time during a continuous 6-month period, Affiliate understands that he/she will forfeit all accumulated commissions.

Rule 40
Transferability of SFI Affiliateship: In the event of an Affiliate's death, SFI will keep sending commissions in the method that's been selected on the affiliate's account. For example, if the affiliate had chosen to have his or her commission mailed by check, the affiliate's surviving spouse or other representative must ensure they have the legal right to cash a check made out to the name on the SFI account. However, surviving spouses and representatives can also log onto the affiliate's account and make the necessary adjustments to the account name and information. IMPORTANT: surviving spouses and representatives must have account login information. SFI will not provide that information. Note that, other than this particular exception, logging into any SFI account other than your own is strictly prohibited.

ARBITRATION:

Any controversy, dispute or claim between SFI and any other party arising out of/or involving any SFI business relationship shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Procedures of the American Arbitration Association. This arbitration agreement does not cause waiver or modification of either party's right to legal proceedings in a court residing in the same judicial jurisdiction as stated herein to enforce any unpaid monetary debts by either party, as awarded by the arbitrator following Binding Arbitration. The parties agree to such venue as the forum of choice of the parties.

Opting-Out (quitting) or retiring from SFI

You can opt out of (quit) SFI immediately by going to: www.sfimg.com/4515

Please note that there is NO cost or purchase requirements to remain an SFI affiliate. We encourage all our affiliates to work at their own pace. After all, it's YOUR business. All we ask is that you log in at the Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com) at least once a year.

It is a fact that the kids are smarter than us oldies as far as using Smart Mobile phones are concerned. So first I will have my Phone Book handy with me and take the help of some kid in the family to help me.

It is a wonderful question. To be a success in SFI, we all need to be a good Team Leaders.
In order to become a good Team Leader, I need to follows some Dos & some DON’Ts as described below:

DOs :

1. I need to be an a very good example for my team of affiliates. It is a Rule to succeed in SFI that one must “Lead by Example”

2. In order to lead by example, I need to set up my Standing Order that should be equal or above 1500 VPs.

3. I must log in daily and complete my ‘To-do-List’ action on daily basis.

4. I must send a Weekly Message to encourage my PSAs and CSAs and remind them that logging in daily is very important for them.

5. Then I must visit Forum on the daily basis and be an active member in the Forum, answering various questions asked by other members and if need be I must ask questions and give my suggestions in order to improve SFI.

6. I must ask questions in ASK SC and answer questions asked by the other member to my best ability and knowledge to help the SFI community.

7. I must keep my all channels of communications open for my PSAs, CSAs and a2a friends. They should be able to communicate and I should be available to them to clear their doubts 24x7x365 days.

8. I should provide my new affiliates with incentives like TCredits and TC Gift Certificates to get them started on a Fast Track.

9. I should set up ‘competition’ among my team by giving them awards in the form of TCredits, assignment of new affiliates and TC Gift Certificates for reaching certain specified goals set by me.

10. I should be an inspiration for my team and encourage them to follow my foot stem in order to create ‘duplication’ in my team of affiliates.

Now as far as DON’TS are concerned, I should avoid negativity. I should always talk positively about SFI and its product.

DON'Ts:

1. I should not use the service of Auto Responders to interact with my down line.

2. I should not force my down line to upgrade. Rather I should allow them to move at their own pace.

3. Do not perform any action that you do not want them to follow your steps. I you do not log in for days together, they are also not going to login daily.

4. Do not set up a support system that you cannot keep up to date. SFI is constantly evolving and adding programs/features.

5. Don’t be sloppy and unprofessional in your communications with your team members. Leaders get the details right.

6. DON'T do things for your affiliates that they should do themselves—or you will create "dependents."

7. DON'T waste your time on skeptics and non-motivated people. You and SFI can only provide the track for them to run on. You cannot drag people across the finish line. They have to want it for themselves. Always focus on the workers.

It’s a good proposal & a better strategy to work together with your Designated Diamonds. Communications between you & your DDs has to play a much needed and greater role to decide how both parties have a work together.

For example, let me assume that you have 4 Designated Diamonds working in your team. My strategy to work together would be as follows:

1. Using Safe List Advertising:- We together chose good 20 Safelists for advertising SFI/TC and every one of us would advertise on 4 Safe Lists in a day.

2. Traffic Exchanges:- Similarly, we can choose 25 good TEs and each one of us can advertise on 5 Traffic Exchanges every day.

3. Out of the five, whoever is good at making blogs, would do the job of making blogs and load gateways of all the five diamonds for promotion. In our mails, we can put the link of the blog in our email signatures.

4. Similarly, we can make use of Social Media websites like: Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, H5, MySpace Digg and others for promotions of TC and SFI gateways.

Here are few ways to be a good listener on online/offline marketing:

1. Just introduce yourself first. Allow them to introduce them, paying attention to their name.

2. Tell that you are involved in a part time/full time online business, which you started free of cost. That’s it.

3. If the person is interested, they would be prepared to listen you more, otherwise if they say no, just thank them after handing over your visiting card with your SFI ID, phone and email address.

4. If someone is interested, listen to their concerns like what they need to do, how much salary/income/benefits they will get.

5. Reply them to their queries taking one by one at a time. Do not start explaining what they had not even asked.

6. If they ask you where the company is located, you can tell them US. You need not state full address of the company.

7. Someone may ask you about the full form of SFI; tell them it means ‘Strong Future International’

8. By listening more to them, you can assure them that this is a real business like ebay, Amazon, but slightly different in nature. It has more than one million products as other online businesses have.

9. One thing more, just do not leave the card with them and run away. Stand and wait till the start asking you something. Of course, it would require a lot of patience; but other name of patience is marketing.
