You have hit the target right in the center by asking this wonderful question as these days we are all (specially the team leaders) looking forward to designate our downline affiliates as Diamonds.

Personally, I would look into the following qualities:

1. After joining, what actions did she/he had completed? Some affiliate complete their profile on the first day it-self others do not complete it for weeks together. That shows the level of interest & commitment by an affiliate.

2. Has he/she whitelisted [email protected] or not?

3. Has he/she completed her registration or not?

4. Has she become a Tripleclicks.com member or not?

5. Has she become a a2a member or not?

6. Is she/he is following SFI and TC on Facebook and Twitter or not?

7. Has she ordered a Standing Order or not and become an EA or not?

8. Till the time an affiliate does not become an EA he/she has to be under watch.

9. Next thing to watch is how he/she responds to my messages to check her/his communication skills.

10. These above points can distinguish between a committed and non-committal affiliate.

There are plenty of ways an individual SFI affiliate can help SFI to have a Big Year in 2016. Basically there are three main ways to help SFI grow in a big way in 2016.

1. THROUGH TRIPLE CLICKS.

We have more than 90,000 products in TripleClicks store. Every affiliate should buy from these products something or the other that is required by him/her worth 1500 VPs and become an EA. It must be noted that SFI puts a wopping 40% of the Commission Volume of all products sold into a TC Executive Pool to be shared by all SFI affiliates.

2. TROUGH BECOMING A TEAM LEADER.

If you become an EA, you are awarded two Co-sponsored Affiliates and then two more each month you retain your EA rank. You earn 155 commissions on all their purchases every month. Also every month hundreds of CSA are forfeited and are allotted to you depending upon the rank you hold (i.e. BTL, STL, GTL, PTL or a DTL).

3. BY PURCHASING AFFILIATES EVERY MONTH.

All owners of a business house are like CEO and VIPs as far as their business or companies are concerned. You need to give equal importance to all owners irrespective of size of a business.

If I am approaching any owner for ECA program, I will call him on telephone and fix up a timing for the meeting so that we both are mentally prepared for listening to each other.

After meeting him/her, I would explain as to what is an ECA program of tripleclicks.com is and how it is better than other online selling programs like Amazon or Ebay.com

Then it very important and necessary for me to have knowledge about all prevailing online business and I should be able to prove how ECA program of tripleclicks.com is better than the other online businesses.

If I am able to convince the CEO or VIP owner of a large business house that the selling his/her company’s products on Tripleclicks.com as an ECA would be advantageous to him and his business, he/she is surely going to become an ECA.

Dear Glenn

Before one can give good tips for building a blog or website the purpose of whose is to recruit SFI affiliates and TripleClicks Members, one has to be an expert in blogging or making his own websites.

I joined SFI in 2011 and made two websites and a score of free blogs on blogger.com. It took me some time to understand the process of blogging & advertising on the blogs successfully.

You need to choose a Niche or the main topic of a blog after you start blogging or making a website. Your daily posts should revolve around your chosen niche. It may be Food, Recipes, Heath & Fitness or Beauty or Make up etc.

Side by side in ‘Design’ section you can post banners promoting SFI, TC, ECA, W3 or Sports. You should post a Main post regarding your chosen niche and a banner in ‘Design’ Section.

After making the Website/Blog, the main issue is to advertise it on various Search Engines and Social Media Platforms. The more you advertise, the more SFI affiliates you can recruit.

The first and foremost problem is getting in touch with your PSA/CSA that should be resolved on priority. In my opinion, most of our downline PSAs and CSAs struggle to maintain a Standing Order.

HOW TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE

1. As soon as someone joins you – PSA/CSA; issue him/her 5/10 TCredits as appropriate.

2. If he/she is a fast mover, observe him/her till 20th of the month, then issue Gift Certificates to let him/her become an EA with a standing order of 1500/1200 VPs.

3. If he/she is a slow mover, first you teach him/her about important sections of SFI like SFI basics, Launch Pad and Getting started. Then issue him/her TCredits and Gift Certificates to buy a Standing Order.

4. Always appreciate for the good work done by him/her.

5. Ask your downline for any difficulty/doubt/query and tell them that you are always with him/her to help.

6. Impress upon logging in daily. Tell them that they would lose 15 VPs for a day not logged in.

7. Warn them that you would stop helping from next month if the stop logging in daily. In case they are not able to log in for any reason, you are required to be informed by them in advance.

8. This should be done as your and their business is tied up on each other’s progress. We do not work under someone but we work for each other.

9. As you are helping them to purchase their SO (initially), you have the right to give them few strict instructions.

10. When they stand on their feet and start running their business independently, do not much interfere as no one likes interference.

Becoming active of your affiliates in 2016 does not entirely depend upon you. It mainly depends upon your affiliates. Basically you can motivate them only if the communication channels between you and your affiliates are open.

If they are not logging in to their SFI account, no matter what you do, it won’t make any difference as your messages are not reaching them or they are reaching them but are not being read by them. Such a situation is very unlucky.

We can consider ourselves lucky, if the new entrants of 2016, are proactive. They may login daily. Read the training articles themselves. In that case, you won’t need to do much. Everything happens automatically.

SFI is such a business that either you get intelligent proactive affiliates or sometimes just huts that are hard to crack even by repeated instructions. Therefore, leave everything to that fairy luck and keep on doing your duty sincerely. At the end, you are going to succeed surely.

The primary role of an affiliate or a leader is to build a strong team of EAs and above for the success in SFI business. To make them feel everyone that they are valued members and part of something special would be going little more than the limits.

Does anyone is making you feel a valued customer and part of something special other that SFI itself? You have to be self-motivated, interested in your own prosperity and you yourself need to work for it. I am sure you doing everything yourself because you want to succeed yourself in SFI

As Mr. Gery Carson, the President of SFI says, “It’s you and only you, who can do it; no one else does it for you”. So in my opinion, be an example for them and by seeing your work they too would get motivated and start following you. I do not think; you need to take special care for them. If they wish to succeed in their business of SFI, they should work for it without someone directing them.

Yes, you can help, support & guide them to succeed depending upon the experienced gained by you. Like you can take horse to the river, but can't make him to drink unless it is thirsty itself. Same applies here with your down line affiliates.

The people who succeed are self-motivated. They work with their own will. And the failures are those who shirk work and no amount of motivation is sufficient for them. They are not going to feel anything despite your numerous reminders. This is my own experience; I am sharing with you. I may be totally wrong.
