I usually contact my PSAs and CSAs once a week through the PSA & CSA mailer to collect my 30 VersaPoints. Then individually through the team mailer from the genealogy page.
The reason for individual mailing is because each affiliate may need different advice, so all together I contact them at least twice a week, and don't forget to be available for each affiliate at anytime that the may need you. If you can't answer their question just let them know that you will get back to them ASAP

I love to contact them regulary, on a weekly basis. In a way of a TeamMail or a newsletter with an E-Mail with some guidlines which they can do.

Upon getting a new PSA, I usually send a welcome message in which I explain how they can become an FastTrack and get 200 extra points which can be great for new affiliates. When they do the basic tasks, collect 500 points and catch those extra 200 points, I continue to give them guides how to suceed in E365 program and get many benefites like

By looking for real examples and successful affiliates on SFI, I would say 1-2 times a week. Drop your PSAs and CSAs a group mail with anything interesting and useful for them that you would find on this resourceful site.

However, if you want quality PSAs and CSAs, if you wish to keep them you should get more personalized and close to them. Open the "My Movers" tab on the Home page and you will find a list of your most active and potential PSAs or CSAs. Keep their track in Genealogy

My contact with my team is based on there activity. I send a group mail every 3 to 5
days so that they hear from me regularly. I send a stream message every 3 days about an action that should be taken. For inactive CSAs I contact them via email to confirm the email address and to find out if they are still interested in the business. I offer my help to every with a promise to respond if they reach out. I congratulate any and all success that is achieved.

What I feel is maybe the best

When the question is, ‘What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs?’, the second part of the question, ‘how often’ becomes irrelevant. ‘Stay in contact’ implies continuation of contact. Then the answer is ,’Constantly’ Yes it augers well if both, the sponsors and the affiliates stay constantly connected.
Once we understand the significance of contact, which in this context means communication, then we should elaborate it. What kind of communication?

Once I can get over the initial worry that an affiliate might not want to be signed up to us I can thereafter connect via phone (yes I do international calls to support my team) or Skype or email or any other of the wide range of methods to connect in real time. The improvement to SFI IM now makes it more likely that I can get a response or respond to in-site SFI chats and have some record of my conversation this way too.

I have discovered that my affiliates know of a vast number of different

hello
this is good question as the communication with the down line is key for the success .
best way to communicate is using the sfi messenger and team mails . this is the best way and a professional way we consider sfi as a business and for which we have to maintain some standards of professionalism . the better way is to avoid mailing the down line to their personal mails like gmail, yahoo, etc. this might irritate the person. at the initial stage a frequent communication like three to

HI

There are plenty of ways to be in contact with PSAs/CSAs: team-mail, private mail, facebook, skype, mobile, phone… One has to choose what is the best for both of them.

Communication between co/sponsor and PSA/CSA in the first few weeks sometimes needs to be on daily basis. Eventually when PSAs/CSAs learn what SFI and affiliate marketing is, the communication isn't necessarry as before.

In my experience, keeping my eyes on MOVERS tab shows me who to contact and

The best ways to stay in contact with PSA's and CSA's are through personal emails, telephone, using internet conference software such as skype and ovoo. I personally use the mailer that is found on my affiliate center home page or geneology page as well.

I believe with today's technology called the internet and cellphones, ipads etc the communication lines can really stay with you as you check in to google chat or any other medium that is easier for your PSA/CSA to access based on there

Firstly I would ask my self how often would I like to be contacted. I noticed that getting e-mail more than once a week a bit spamy - annoying. So once a week or less, but no less than once a month is appropriate.

Secondly I'd ask my self how would I like to be contacted. Well, sometimes, when I don't have time I rather read e-mail. But there are so many e-mails these days that mostly I just skip them or mark them as read. Maybe you should try and ask your PSA and CSA if they want to be
