My contact with my team is based on there activity. I send a group mail every 3 to 5
days so that they hear from me regularly. I send a stream message every 3 days about an action that should be taken. For inactive CSAs I contact them via email to confirm the email address and to find out if they are still interested in the business. I offer my help to every with a promise to respond if they reach out. I congratulate any and all success that is achieved.
What I feel is maybe the best way to stay in touch is for them to see the actions that you are doing. Leading by example is key. The active members will do what they see you doing.

First I would remind them that time is money. If you put a little in then expect a little out. I would ask them what are there goals for there SFI business. After getting that answer i would help them develop an action plan based on the time and money that they can invest. Visit the to do list daily to get all the free VersaPoints that are available. Set up a standing order of a minimum of 1500 VersaPoints. Vote on a minimum of 10 Ask SC questions so that you qualify for the drawing. Purchase S-Builder Co-op to use as leverage.Re-invest any money that is earned.
Ask for help along the way and do not quit until you get what you came for!
