Firstly are you prepered to invest in your own Business with SFI ?

Your answer to this question is paramount to your being able to help this affiliate.
If you really want to help this affiliate you must be prepared to spend some of your valuable time and perhaps a few dollars in doing so.

You need to be sure that this affiliate will follow what you tell them to do
TO THE LETTER !
Then give them a concise step by step plan to help them arrive a a preset goal.
Make small goals that are reached with little effort in the beginning and more difficult
as you proceed.
Follow up with your affiliate on a daily basis and if they have trouble completing some tasks you will need to show them how EXACTLY ot do so.

In my experience most people that have a problem and ask for help are sincere but often have a money problem !
If you are able to you now need to help out by offering them a gift card. (remember you can give up to 5 gift cards to any 1 person) The gift card/s you give them should be used as you instruct them to use it and for no other purpose.
Show the affiliate how to use the maximize the TC and MRP they receive to help their business.

If the affiliate does everything you require them to do you could also help them get some signups or transfer some of your own affiliates to them.

IT IS REALLY necesarry to show this affiliate exactly how to do each thing step by step and to show them that you are prepared to help. HOWEVER you need to impress on them that you cannot keep doing so indefinitely Unless they are prepared to work at their business themselves.

An affiliate would definitely get nowhere if they feel they are to be paid for clicking on the to do tabs each day. It does not work that way. Help them to understand that this is a business and as with every business they MUST invest something to get something. In SFI we get paid for WORKING and not simply for clicking tabs.

Affiliates have to know that they have to at least make EA to earn something unless they make direct sales at the TripleClicks store.

Point is they have to do something proactive if they are to make it.

Having been a business owner for 20 years I would tell my affiliate(s)that a successful business, regardless of the type, takes time, energy, dedication, and yes 'money'. Building a successful business without investing or thinking that it can be done over night or even in a week just isn't realistic. I would also conduct research on the issue to back up what I would be saying. Encouragement can also be offered in the way of a gift certificate or TCredits but you don't want to make a habit of this as they will come to depend on it. I would also provide some supportive and helpful links along with suggesting the SFI forums. I would and have pointed out the benefits of a standing order for S-Builder Co-op, for example; the number of PSA's that are automatically assigned. This is just one of the reasons why I keep going.

First, be sure to emphasise that SFI is not a get rich quick scheme, but a long term business with unlimited potential. I would also explain that all sales and success is based on numbers. When you put the opportunity in front of --- number of people, --- will sign up and --- number will be productive. The problem is that we don't know what the blanks are or when they will come. Let them know that the only way to fail in SFI is to quit and do nothing. Next, ask them to tell you what they have been doing, then come up with a plan to build the business together - have them agree to expose a certain number of prospects to the business and you offer to help however you think is appropriate. Keep in regular contact with them so they know that you are for real and not just trying to make a quick buck off of them.

It is best to answer your question. Rather, you are full of encouragement to them for as long as they are able to do more and still active in SFI business .. However, we must continue our efforts as we went through before. We must continue to encourage full so that they continue to move forward to success in SFI or succeed in life. Incentives are full, accurate and easy to understand will make keen to continue with you as long as you are still in SFI.

I think you are a lucky person because they are still active in SFI and, then, since you encourage the best for them. I hope you will keep your efforts to give full encouragement to them as what you do in a few days ago. The hard work is beneficial and should be encouraged in order to guard carefully commonweal.

The best incentive for the affiliate are as follows ..
1. Encourage the Positive and Reasonable
2. Encourage a fun and easy to be understood by every individual.
3. Give encouragement to always serve the SFI, fellow colleagues in SFI, for the sake of the country and the dignity of self.

Very good question, because I was just feeling that away about some of my PSA's..some had stayed away for weeks after they had signed up and logged in. then of course I would still send out support messages to them just the same and then one day some of them came back and got right on top of it and starting earning their vps and getting badges,and I made a comment to one of the PSA and asked him what happened to you..I thought you had given up and he said to me no I haven't given up..I just needed time to learn the material and how SFI works, so just when you think your getting nowhere..the best may be waiting around the corner and just tell them to stay encouraged and be patient.

I hope my account of what actually happened to me when I felt like I was getting no where helps someone :)

For a new affiliate you have to explain to him the whole process. Most important he should not take SFI as an easy way to get money for free.

He should understand that to move forward it needs a lot of hard working, self discipline and commitment. In this way we have to encourage him to continue working as that is the only way to win.

You also can explain to him your personal experience with SFI and hoe you managed to keep on and even assisting him on how to move despite all the challenges. In this way he will get the encouragement and move forward.

Good! I use this with PSAs on their forat day, especially if they are friwnds or family!

I call it "Gold Team Leader in first month".
Those who really want to give a chance with sFI, I just ask them to do all I say them during 2 months! After that if they don't see results, then.... They can quit! Because being a GTl in their first month, they receive 3 shares, and in next month, they will receive aprox. 150 CSAs second home. Some of them may be active, and you receive Match Vp and comissions!


And if I have affiliates, and they just feel that they are getting nowhere, I just say them about my experience, encourage them to bring new friends, and change their attitude. Being positive, can give you so many good results, and it's really worrks!


Also, with some, I share them my last earnings, so they can see that this is really works! With most of them, and also I use this to bring new PSAs in my team, is showing my iPad I won at Tripleclicks, my videoprojector, my dual sim Phone.... And also a lot of things I boughts with MRP. This is really works! Always! If you are poor, but you have 2 iPads you won, they will ask... How is this possible? And you can bring new PSAs!


And for the affiliates who don't want to continue, you just can continue to send them messages, and if they decire to became active, well... It's o.k, and if not.... They have this right!

Hello, You know you are not just a member of my team, I would tell him/her. You are also my friend. If you feel to quit, I cannot force you to stay, but I do not think this is the right decision. SFI is a very good opportunity and gives results if you continue not if you give up. Also, I do not think you can find a better choice. And even if you have a better business then SFI, or you are in a more advanced situation with that another business, it has always been wise to have an alternative. SFI is that alternative which you should sustain using your other business. If you do not have another business or job in your near future, it is also really no reason for you to quit.
