the best way to give support to an affiliate is sending to him some (or, so much better, a lot of) psa and csa. psa for me is like oil for our cars, no oil no car no highway; no psa, no work, quit sfi. it's easy. buy or shift some own psa and csa. work for a person, that work. check out and try :)

It depends on you...

If you are a person who like to text with others you can say this to them, or to take action and talk with them, one by one if you can.

Every person has different needs so talk and let them to know what your intentions are and anything else that you find interesting. The ideas will cone by itself.

The best encouragement is your personal example. If you are really successful here, you have something to show to your Affiliates. If you share your strategies with them at the same time - you're even a better leader and your Affiliates will follow you with higher motivation. If you just repeat all the time "if it has worked for me, it will work for you" when you share a strategy, you'll see more dedication on the part of your Affiliates.

I know how it feels when you think you're getting nowhere and there is no support from your upline or sponsor, I've been there. So I developed my own strategies, made them into a series of training letter and send them to all my affiliates alike. If asked, I present my results, also the financial ones to back my point of view and to grow my Affiliates' confidence.

As long as you offer support and as long as YOU yourself can set an example of success instead of feeding your Affiliates trash like "be persistent, do the to-do list daily, set a standing order" while you don't do that yourself, your Affiliates will have a sense of direction and will see the sense of their actions.

EDUCATION, SUPPORT, and EXAMPLE are the key terms here.

Why EXAMPLE? Imagine these two situations:

A poor man aproaches another poor man and says "You know, I have found a great way to earn a lot of money. Come with me and I will show you what to do to get rich."

A luxury car stops close to a poor man, a well dressed man gets off the car, invites the poor man for a ride and says: "You know, I've found a great way to earn a lot of money. Come with me and I'll show you what to do to get rich."

Which one would you follow?

If an affiliate is getting no where in SFI and he is willing and serious about getting somewhere in SFI, it is easy to help him.

1) find out why he is not making progress.

You may discover that there are things he does not understand. When I started with SFI, after my first month, I wanted to make progress, but I could not until about the fourth month when I found my way through.
My problem was how make purchases. I was willing to spend to buy, but there was no one to show me how until through the help of affiliates at forum and a2a friends I broke through.
A little thing can hinder progress. Even now that we have many payment options including the easiest one, Tcurrency, some affiliates still do not know the way till they are helped.

2) let him know the SFI basics.

He should know the three basic facts of
a) Be EA monthly
b) recruit at least 5 affiliates and
c) teach them to do as he does.
That is, his own downline duplicates himself.
Little progress is made while you are alone in this business.
We need to duplicate ourselves to see meaningful progress.

3) though SFI is free to join, it is a real business demanding investment to succeed. Investment in both time and money is necessary. Do not shy away from telling him this truth. It is his business. He has to grow it. You are to support him as much as it is possible.

In all, you are not to give up on him.

I like this question because I can relate to it very well. I too had times when I wondered if I was going anywhere with SFI and was so tempted to give up and find something else.

Starting the program wasn't so bad because the map was straight-forward. I read the directions and did what I was told. I read that it will take work but that I can do it and that while I just do it, to make sure I become aware of the duplication of my actions and to keep doing that because eventually I will need to teach it to others.

There were times when I felt discouraged. It was either taking too long or I must be doing something wrong. I thought to myself that I have so many other members doing the same thing I'm just learning how to do. They will help me. I started to communicate with my sponsor. We even spoke on the phone. That was awesome.

I needed the confidence that my sponsor had in me. He told me over and over that I can do this, that even though it takes time, what do I have to lose to just keep going? He clarified some concerns I had that set me on track. I also sat down and wrote down the skills I have that would become beneficial to my success in SFI. I realized that I have used these skills in so many other situations that have proven successful for me. That changed my perception of myself and my ability to have a business with SFI.

I believe that if my sponsor has faith in me, then I better have some faith in me as well. Having built up that faith in my abilities, I am finding the patience, endurance and excitement with each day that passes by in SFI.

When things get tough, I think about why came to SFI. I also think about what my sponsor told me about having faith in my abilities. I asked for tips and he gave them to me freely.

I do the same with my affiliates. I let them know how great they are doing. I encourage them to keep going and guarantee that if they work it, it will work for them. I let them know that they can have faith in their abilities to just keep doing it, to see the duplication happen and keep it going, and then to teach their affiliates the same. I also ask them "how many other businesses have you tried and quit? Perhaps the common ground in that is YOU. Do you believe you can do it? If yes, then do it and see it work."

I am surely not the guru of SFI. I have loads to learn but I have gone through this website over and over and still keep finding new things to learn. I sure hope this helps.

It's been said that the only way to fail is to give up. When an affiliate feels he/she is going nowhere suggest that they look at their overall progress in building their business - not just the money they're earning.
Consider mortgage repayments; you can spend years paying mostly interest and not much off the total you borrowed, but suddenly, the balance tips and each payment is more about paying off principal than paying interest.
Any financial or business venture runs on the same principal; much initial effort for greater ultimate gain. So it is with SFI; put in the effort in the initial stages, watch your business slowly grow and finally produce great income. Any business that is not going to fall over needs a solid foundation and SFI can help you build a great business. Don't give up - keep the end goal in mind.

The first thing I will do is to ensure that as a sponsor of affiliates I will follow all the steps to develop my own SFI business.
Then the second thing I will do is say that with any business you need to invest time, money and give it time to brow and blossom into a productive business.

For me I'll give it a pull support, by telling the first action they make, for example by telling them the SFI basic, I'll tell them to study first and understand the basic before getting and collecting pointable tabs. To tell them also to follow the training and launchpad everyday that SFI give. I think this is the first step I make to the affiliate who feels nowhere with SFI business......

One of the problems we facing about our downlines is the resources. One needs to have best resources for the job you want to do otherwise this will discourage a person from doing his/her job. Some people don't have computers at home they rely on the internet cafe's which sometimes the computers are terribly slow and some are using cellphones that are not competable to this program and to be hones with you that's some if the reasons some people are struggling to go through.
