Hi your really a good question, how do to be considered by your PSA, perhaps expect from you in premiums if they have grown.It can also be that you're too on and think that you should just let them grow for your interest while maybe their trying more than a friendship.Try to talk a little about yourself and what do they do them in life so as to create a relationship of friendship and not from head to warden.I hope to be able to get you to vote positively from your PSA.

I think that if there is an interaction with their sponsor PSA, and they do not appreciate his actions. It's just still says that they do not know or just do not acquainted with those actions which the process is waiting for them obucheniya.Poetomu primarily in s as a sponsor should understand that patience and persistence actions give results.

Hi. This is a problem that I have yet to experience.

There will always be someone who is dissatisfied no matter how much you do for them.

Such people should not be involved in this kind of business as they have missed their calling.

They should be working as a manager for one of the big conglomerate companies.

I suggest Firing squad, Hit man. An asp in their bed.

How do you deal with your PSA's who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly??

The answer is simple: Don't judge your PSA's right away as they are allowed to have their own opinions about how you handle your team. Don't take it personal, it's business. Sometimes I like it when they critic you because that's how you see and learn from your flaws. It is not because they think less of you as their Leader, it's because they need you to lead them, guide them into their own success too.

If I were you, I would not give up on them.... Let them continue to say what they feel or how they feel, respect that they have the right to express themselves to you as their Leader. Now your job, is to simply make sure that they change the way they think about you and the way they dedicate their time and effort into the business.

You want them to be happy & work hard so that they can achieve success.

It's not hard, It's really simple if you put your mind into it!

Hope this helps you find some closer so that you can move on and be the Great Leader that you can be to your Teams.

When handling the PSA we offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly, should we behave as follows:

1. Do the introspective
Do the introspective is wisdom actions. Whether support is provided according to the needs of the PSA. If the support we give is not in accordance with the expectations of the PSA then we should change the forms of support, but when support is in compliance with the PSA hopes then we can add a support variation and adds to the intensity of support.

2. Establish a more intensive communication to PSA
Establish communications more intensively to the PSA is a smart way to find out the cause of poor judgment on us. Avoid direct communication asks the cause of poor judgment on us and avoid all forms of interrogation on the PSA.

3. Ask a friend in A2A on how best to provide support on a PSA

This is a tricky question.
The reason I said so is if you are indeed giving your unconditional support, then you should be getting good reviews.
If you are sending gift cards from time to time.
You are giving advised for building there business.
You are redirect your PSA to them, so as to help them build their team.
Advised them to be part of forum and A2A membership.

Ok first of all make sure you ar doing everything that you are supposed to do for them and then if they still rTe you poorly then ask them maybe they dont understan something after that if they again ratr you poorly than it aint your problem anymore they are lazy and they are expectin from you to do all their work so dont wory se are not here for that good luck everyone.
