When and how should I start preparing for my retirement from SFI?

I do not think it matters what MLM system you are in.
You are successful (6 fastrack PSA) and have an ever increasing income for life.
So why would you want to retire?
Retirement means you give up the day job and live on a pittance for the rest of your life.
Continuing with ANY successful MLM program can only enhance your income.
If you quit why should your upline benefit from all your hard work?
Reap the benefits untill God calls your number!!!!!
Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

Every case is different but can I use the following anology.
When we learned to swim, which was best?
To be thrown in at the deep end thus frightening us off water for the rest of our lives.
Or being slowly introduced in a safe pair of arms thus increasing our trust and confidence?
Many who join SFI are sceptical and have no knowledge of running a business.
It is surely a sponsors job to give whatever support is necessary to obtain the ultimate goal.
If this results in a new down line member who becomes self sufficient an ultimately not relyent on you then job done.
So no you can not give to much help.
Keep an eye on the ultimate prize!!

How can we reassure our downline to continue their activity with SFI after the recent cyber-attack?

Hi.
This is a difficult question.
I think the first part is that SFI were straight with us about the cyber attack.
As soon as it was realised what was happening they shut the servers down.
They were honest about certain personal details being stolen, and I belive SFI are working with the victims.
They admitted this was a cyber attack, unlike certain banks that blamed a "system failure" when their systems went down and personal details stolen.
This compounds the honesty and integrity of SFI and Gery in particular.
This could have so easily been blamed on a server failure, but that is not the style of SFI.
The new security measures in place can only reduce the chance of this being repeated.
IT is a fact that your bank stands more chance of a cyber attack than SFI does.

I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

YOU want to start a news letter for your team.
I think you must ask yourself-
SFI already have the PSA CSA Geneology and personal team mailers.
Is that not sufficient communication?
Does your team want you to start a news letter for them?
Would it serve a usefull purpose?
This is full of pitfalls.
I make the following points.
You do not KNOW the people in your team or how they think. Some may find the achievements of others offensive or demotivating particularly if they feel they are under achieving themselves.
Most news letters invite subscription. Some affiliates may regard a news letter inflicted on them as spam.
It is great to congratulate people on their achievements. However do they want public congratulation? In my own experience probably not, particularly new prospective EAs.
Do your down line really need to know how well you (or any one else for that matter) are doing? They can see that on their back office from the number of stars and VP you have.
Such a move could be damaging to your businness.

Hi. This is pretty much covered by SFI rules of success.
Send a welcome message when they first join telling them who you are and that you are there to help. Don't forget SFI will send them a daily launch pad mail for 30 days after they have joined.
So any other communication within that 30 days unless they ask you for help is both to much and unnecessary unless of course they are doing really well.
Even then be carefull. A short personal congratulation. You do not want to appear to pressurise bcause you don't know that person or how they think. They probably do not want to be publicly mentioned as best newcomer or whatever.
A weekly PSA or CSA message is probably best, that is why we get VP for doing that.
To Summarise. They know who you are and where to find you. If they are really interested they will contact you. Give the inactives a little nudge in your CSA or PSA mail once a month by mentioning how well things are going. Would they like to be here again?

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

To change an old adage. You can lead an affiliate to a versa point but you cant make him click.
In the early stages (30 days), they have at least one mail a day from SFI. If those guys (the professionals) can not get a response then?
As an experiment I asked one inactive member recently if he wanted details of a get rich quick scheme. "Yes" came the reply. ( the first time he had ever communicated back!!) I responded by telling him that I had lost thousands of pounds on those sort of things and SFI was the best thing I have seen in years. I did not even have the courtesy of a reply or any new activity.
Support the workers. Keep a watch on their VP ledger but do not over communicate. Congatulate them if they improve by a stage but some do not like their name up in lights to the public.

Hi Michael. I do not think you are alone with this. From my own experience it appears to be a problem within the networking industry.
I hope you continue and succeed without that help
The issue is the fact that the management reward top recruiters and put their name on the growth board.
A top recruiter is not necessarily a top sponsor. Also vice versa
I belive as a BTL that is the reason for so many inactive CSA's we get awarded by the executive pool.
When I go through these I find the same sponsors name appearing, not with regularity, but to make one think it is more than a coincidence.
I try to work with my inactive CSA's but with most the damage has already been done. "Iam told I MUST have a direct debit by my sponsor, How do you know more than he does"
Within the already rich upline there is a "recruit at any cost" mentality. If they recriut for example 200 and get one that spends $36.00 in the first month the other 199 just get dumped.
So do your best my friend. Ignore you inactive sponsor Become a AWSOME sponsor your self
To be very blunt. If you are not spending they are not interested.
I call this the greed of the upline

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

A good question my friend. However the question is not what do they do but why they think they should do it.
Unfortunately this is endemic within networking.
I call it the greed of the upline.
They are not following the rules of success that lesser mortals are advised to follow.
It is my belife that these supposed motivators actually put off new affiliates and are soley responsible for the glutch of inactive CSA's that we keep being fobbed off with.
I do not belive that someone who signs over 50 affiliates per day is sending the same number of welcome messages unless they are using an auto responder. Auto responders are not advised by SFI.
I also do not belive that they are working with these new affiliates.
Let us look at the rules of success:-
"Become an EA2, maintain that level teach others to do the same.
The example of introduce 5 who in turn duplicate who in turn-------
At 12 levels this becomes a life changing amount of money.
So are these people to be respected?
Or should they be despised?
I have my own opinion. I leave it up to others to make theirs

How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

This is so difficult.
It is not that they are lazy, but most want instant results.
2 weeks ago I put out a genealology message to all my downline, (870 and counting).
"Are you serious about an internet income?"
I had 7 replies, "yes please I want an internet income, how does this work?"
All had joined SFI.
Not 1 repeat ONE had logged in after signing up.
Is this fault with the system?
I do not know.
But it is a bit like offering a starving person a bowl of soup and a hunk of bread only to find they will not eat it, probably because they do not trust you.

As an ECA, what is the best way to use a dropshipper for your ECA Products?

I belive dropshipping is a very valid way forward.
But it is not without potential downfalls.
The big problem is to find a reliable dropship company.
If you are in the UK, trading law states that the retailer
(EG you) is responsible for all returns, dissatisfied customers etc.
This takes the shine off potential profit.
To be honest dropshipping could be either fantasticly successfull.
Or an absoloute nightmare
If the product sells the you might be better off handling it yourself!!
