What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?
Sometimes your sponsor just doesn't have the answers you're looking for.
If that's the case, try contacting your co-sponsor or another member of your upline.
Keep going up the chain until you get what you're looking for.
If you don't have any luck with any member of you upline, then contact SFI support.

My advice would be as follows;
(1) Contact the help desk before you even contact your sponsor, remember your sponsor may be experiencing some technical problems etc or he/she may be still trying to figure out how this program work and not coming back to you because he/she can't help you.
(2) Keep on trying to contact him but that should be after you contacted your help desk just to find out if he/she still there for you as your sponsor.
Just ignore that fact and look for some help further upline. If that does not help, just do it yourself, as I feel, doing it yourself gives you a lot of learning experience and makes you a great leader with a lot of experience.
After all, this business is all about passing the Leadership and nothing more. So toil it, "It's Your Business"

Your sponsor is just one upline member of your team, only one link in your team.In case he/she is non-responsive you should check go to https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/upline and send everyone a message notifying them that your sponsor is non-responsive.I'm sure that they will help you as they're more experienced than you and you both have benefits of each other.
Click on the My Account link, then click on the upline link.
Here you will find all your upline. Find one who will answer your questions.
Someone will be more than willing to help since they are receiving commissions
on your Triple Clicks purchases and sales you make.

When a Sponsor is not responding to his affiliates then the affiliates must at first keep on sendin messages or e-mails to these sponsor and secondly then can also try to find answers through the A2A communication system.They can even ask they co-sponsor or up-line members also.Anyway whatever maybe their choice affiliates should never be discourage and keep on reading and do all their best to get the accurate information they require.

first you focus on your daily actions and don't forget to get 10 VP by to do list daily actions for qualify daily grand. on the other hand if your sponsor non-responsive or non co-operate then you just carry on your work and don't waste your time to thinking about that, you must read LATEST NEWS and LATEST POSTS in alert tab and also read all to all about SFI and Triple clicks.
A sponsor maybe non-repsonsive.It can happen in fact a reality.Do not worry.So be patient.But rather than focus on your sponsor remember that only you or maybe mostly you can make your future.I mean even if you get the best sponsor ever it is your effort and willingness that will make your success.A sponsor is great but he or she cannot really do all the tings for you.So take action even if you get a sponsor that is not so helpful.

Many affiliates are facing this problem but should not quit ... there are other ways to find out what interests them.
Can contact their co-sponsor
Can enter the forum and ask there what they want to know
