First of all to approach people you need to approach them with confidence and confidence will only come with knowledge. Empowering yourself with knowledge on the subject you wish to deliver is the primary requirement.
Learn quick the first 3 steps by reading, understanding and comprehending the same
1) SFI Start - https://www.sfimg.com/start
2) SFI Basics - https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics
3) SFI Launch Pad - https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/
With these three things you will understand a lot about the SFI business and will be ready to tackle most questions that arise in the minds of new prospects.
Second most important thing for you to know at your stage is that the primary focus should be on attaining EA and maintaining it always just as mentioned here - https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps
All these fundamental steps if understood will empower you with the knowledge to tackle any situation.
If at all there may be any questions that you are unable to answer you could always tell them that you will get back to them and so so after getting the answer for them.
If you still aren't confident then the online approach could also be taken where in you set up a skype meeting or a hangouts meeting and do the same which is even more beneficial as you can always refer to links while explaining.

I'm an EA2. What should my next objective be and how should I fulfill it?

If you are EA2, you have pretty much understood what this business is all about or at least the broad concept.
The best thing in my opinion is to focus on "Team Building" and do everything possible to increase your recruitment of affiliates(PSA's) and shopping members(PRM's) simultaneously.
The PSA's will help you in your team building measures while the PRM's will provide you with the cushion by bringing in some quick bucks.
Remember, Team Building is your ultimate goal while getting in shopping members in something that helps your sustain longer in cases of short comings in your team building results.
Note: If you have a firm determination these short term results won't matter.
Of course you may need to spend some of your valuable resources in your Team Building measures by ways of marketing in various forms which can include advertising(Online/PPC/PPA/Incentivsed/Offilne), purchasing leads etc and it is best to put in almost 80-100% of your allocated resources towards this goal.
Once you have done this successfully, the next step is to nurture and develop leaders among your team to take your position, while you will automatically see your self rise in rank.

How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

Financial support is not the right thing to give your affiliates, as everyone here has come to earn his bread and butter and the affiliate although hard working, can do this business without the so called financial assistance.
Giving financial assistance to your affiliates spoils them and does not assure you of results.
Moreover, it must be understood that this business can be done without spending a dime and only needs the conviction from an affiliate.
The affiliate must understand, that money only speeds up the process, since it may be considered as an investment one makes towards his business.
If the affiliate is really serious, he can make this business work even with plain conviction.
Of course, one could give a few gift cards as rewards, affiliate re-assignments and or co-op include him in some kind of co-op.
But these freebees must be given to those serious affiliates who are really serious and this only a serious sponsor could tell.
A tip to a serious sponsor here, to gauge how serious the affiliate is, could be that this affiliate should be regularly or at least at regular intervals keep sponsoring new affiliates and doing at least the free things in the to-do list to the maximum and not leaving out a single VP.
This is the best gauge of seriousness and the sponsor could surely reward this affiliate accordingly.
It is also not prudent on the part of the affiliate to expect more from the sponsor, as he must understand, this is his business and not his sponsors.

Just ignore that fact and look for some help further upline. If that does not help, just do it yourself, as I feel, doing it yourself gives you a lot of learning experience and makes you a great leader with a lot of experience.
After all, this business is all about passing the Leadership and nothing more. So toil it, "It's Your Business"
How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

You don't need to explain, your style of doing the business will say it all. The only way to make your down lines focus on DUPLICATION is to Walk The Talk" and while doing this always remember, that this is a number game. The more people you get into the business, the better your motivation levels will be and you will stay put for long. Not all will be motivated to continue doing the business, "Some Will, Some Won't, So What, Say NEXT".
How can you best use your badges (Top 10 Power Rank, E365 Finalist, etc.) to grow your SFI business?

For a person who is your prospect or your new PSA, Badges make a big difference as they have no choice but to believe what they see. On the other hand the seasoned SFI affiliate reads into the details of the badge, such as, the star sign above the rank etc. Both ways it's a win win situation, with various badges against your names, which goes to prove how serious you are with your business and how prospects/PSA's/CSA's look up to you for inspiration.

First of all you need to understand that this is a number game. Not everyone whom you get into the business will understand the potential, which further affirms the first statement. This happens as the internet is filled with lot of bogus and fly by night operators. We are in this business, as we understand the potential and have faith in the organization and know for certain that this can fulfill our dreams. Therefore the more affiliates the better, as your chances of getting successful becomes higher. Also by sponsoring more affiliates you get to be a high enroller and stand to gain VP which is 3000 maximum per month sufficient on its own to get to you be TL.

Well no sooner you receive an intimation on your registered email address, therein you have the links to go to the pages which describes what to do next titled "How to be an awesome sponsor".
This prescribes to immediately get in touch with the new sign up and welcome him with prescribed letter or use your own words, bearing in mind your letter has all the necessary details to get in touch with you.
Communication is the most important way to stay in business and at no point in time should your PSA/CSA feel that you don't care.
Later you need to see whether he is fulfilling his commitments, based on which you give him the necessary support as and when required(This is important as you cannot support someone who does not want your support or is not committed to the business). There is no use pushing him for something that you want out of him.
What you need first is to build a relationship
So first, Welcome Him ! ! !
