SFI is a real business, it has real products you sell to real people for real money and just like any other business it will require time and will require money before you see a reward. Don't use the terms work, or job, remember always this is a business, a strong future you are building for yourself. It's something you will own, and can take pride in and it has the tools to positively impact the lives of those around you on a path to bigger things.

If they don't believe that then they are not ready to be a business owner online or offline.

First thing that I would suggest is to tell your affiliates up front as soon as they show an interest to join, or as soon as they are given to you, if they are not your personal recruits that this is not a quick rich scheme. Also state here that a lot of quick rich schemes are scams.

Mention words like residual income, retirement income, long term income so that they will realize that it is not quick and easy.

Then go on to show them that this is their business and that like a regular business it requires work and dedication for it to be successful.

Show them examples of persons in SFI who have made a good business through hard work and persistence.

This is great question. Here is what I do:

1. Promote carefully. It is very important to make our advertisement look great and attractive but you should never lie to people. I always try to mention in my ads that this is real business. I use phrases such as - no fake promises, no "rich over night", no easy money, no earning without working hard and so on.

2. Act seriously. It is very important to leave impression that you are serious. When you are communicating with your affiliates, you need to be serious when it is about job and working.

3. Lead by example. Like Gery said, you should be example. Show your affiliates that you really WORK and that you have something from this. Use your badges and achievements to "promote" yourself. Also, SHOW your work. For example: connect with your affiliates on some social sites. If you are advertising every day with 100+ ads, there is no chance that they do not see that you work very hard to achieve something.

The INTRODUCTION to SFI is a very important aspect of your SFI business.

The one mistake that probably a lot of individuals who are introducing an Affiliate into the business do is that they enrol and then start the induction process. All the aspects of the business must be explained clearly before signing them up. When this is done effectively, some of the questions (negatively put) will not arise.

This means you have to have a clear understanding yourself to be able to pass on that clarity to the Affiliates.

-The getting rich concept is no doubt in everyone's mind but this will only happen with building a team in the 1st month of enrolment and then maintaining your Rank is a mandatory requirement. This will stop further questions once you use the Income Calculator and explain how the system works.

-With an in depth understanding of the business model, there is hardly any room for any unrealistic dreams!

- Using your own examples and your own approach to where you have reached in your own business would be an excellent guideline to pass on to your Affiliates.

Through my own experiences Ester, they themselves must feel it!

The old saying "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink" totally applies here. Those who join SFI join with a preconceived notion. The ones who joins expecting to get rich overnight, soon discover SFI is not the kind of business for their unrealistic expectations. While those who join and understand it will take more reasonable time and actions on their parts, are more prepared for the long haul, and adjust! These are the ones who need no convincing to operate their "SFI business realistically, whereas the others, well, you couldn't convince them no matter how hard you try.

Point is, either they desire to treat or "approach" the business in a realistic way, or they don't. Either way, it's out of our control. As sponsors and co-sponsors, our goals should be clear - which are to follow the SFI business plans ourselves, learn everything we possibly can, instructing them with the purpose of having them duplicate our efforts and, of course, assisting them to the utmost of our abilities.

Anything short of that Ester, is a waste of time and effort!

Every affliates has his or her own motive for joining this business.
I joined SFI looking for a get rich quick scheme,at first i was discourage because it was abit confusing.A month after i gave it a thought and was left with an answer, 'If i had work with Sfi all this while am running around from site to site i would have achieved something useful'.
Another thing that triggered me is the motivational messages from my sponsor,all those while i didnt login he never gave up on me.He was persistant with encouraging me. I decided to accept it like a real business because i saw other members working vividly.I see each member as a co-worker.
I believe taking this business SFI business realistically is inbuilt it can be nutured and accustomed. If a sponsor is serious with his business in SFI he or she passing a message across to the downline.
Its of the mindset,so i think if its changed the affliate will accept SFI as a real business.

I call it serious cos it is. So many people not just affiliate are looking for quick way to success; which its not right according to the Bible.

You have to help them realise themselves didn't just start walking as they were giving birth to. Everything in life has it own time; time to sow and time to reap.

Hey you may be playing with sure fire if all you want is to think you can start earning big without hardwork and focus.

Thanks to SFI for giving this step by step guide to how you can earn with them. Launch Pad and other notes, it shows trully ''there is no such thing as free lunch''.

1. Make them go through all there launch pad at least once a week. I get new ideas just by going through them

2. Take them to the commission plan to see how well they can earn if they work hard and make them understand its a life time earning not a one time earning.

3. Just in case they are losing out and considering it as waste of time, I encourage my team to sell Tcurrency and to recruit more Tripleclicks member, it means they dont have to worry about daily stream and weekly messages.

4. And please try to talk them out of making money in a quicker way, they wont value what soever they earn in such way.

I'm not sure if there's any way to pursuade someone from the "instant gratification generation". They either do or they don't.

I believe in natural consequences. When someone tells you from experience that you will get hurt if you do what they did, and you don't listen, nature has a way of giving you the consequences. And nature is a very good teacher.

Until you've been burned, the heat doesn't mean anything to you. Telling someone that SFI isn't a get rich scheme means nothing to someone who is out for instant riches.

I spoke to someone the other day and told them that there's no real business that will pay you instant wealth. And he replied that he didn't want to have to work for anything, he wants it now. I just said good luck with that.

Serious people will work the business and will succeed. So don't worry too much about the ones who don't. Just keep promoting and work with the workers. The rest will come around once they figure out that all the get rich schemes are just that - schemes.

Good question. First of all you have to explain clearly the theme of SFI. What type of business is SFI. It's like any other business where you have to start with some items and increase it step by step. First your income will be very less and day by day it increases.

In SFI also you have to start as an AFF then EA2 then BTL onward. You need duplication to earn. Start duplication with 1 or 2 PSA. Then every month you increase your PSA. SFI will give you income from Gen by Gen.

If you explain like this, hope your AFF will start it accordingly. But it's true that there is no business in the world from which you will become a millionaire overnight.
