It would be a good idea to first ask yourself, "What would I love to see in MY team leader?".
1 - Set the example by what you can show that YOU have done already as a team leader. This is the major reason why SFI provides the Badge System.
2 - Try to always include something in your messages that will be of value to them in building their businesses.
3 - Try to refer your affiliates to answers that are already part of the huge body of knowledge within the SFI/TC system.
4 - Assure your PSA/CSA that you are pleased to have them on your team.
5 - Keep your reply focused on their question. Be clear and concise.
6 - Sign your message with your first and last names, your rank, and the link to your Leadership Page.
7 - Last, include your email address so they can respond easily.
