Hello Keith Each CSA is a chance to build your business more.

Each month, I receive a few active CSA's, but the mostly are inactive.
I immediately send a welcome message to my new CSA team members.

The good thing is that within the system of SFI there twice sponsorship ! That is great news and encouragement . Since SFI international company and people from around the world led by a great desire to work on line work . Also , I constantly sending instructions via TM and encourage

If you received inactive affiliates, it is your responsibiiity. It depends on you wether you like it to be active or not.

To become active it needs some of your motivation. Send your weekly CSA mailer and explain to them the value of SFI thru your own experience. If by doing such motivations and still they don't respond to you, pause for a while but don't forget to send your follow up notes to them once a month as long as they are on your possession. Take note , that by sending them

Like others, inactive CSAs also joined SFI for the same reasons such as money. Most of them require support and encouragement. May be they are not getting enough from the people who made them to join.

Hence we can do that by sending them our encouragement , showing our support in their endeavour. Our weekly CSA MAILER can do that, which should contain all the powerful features of SFI so that they realise the potential of the company and the opportunity it offers.

hi Keith,

For the inactive/unresponsive members. There are not really much we can do. Same as you are I do also have lots of inactive CSAs but instead of trying things on how will I encourage my inactive CSAs,I'm focusing on my active down line (PSAs & CSAs) members because they are the ones has willingness to learn, and earn. but of course inactive CSAs are also belongs on your team so don't disregard them include them on your weekly Team/Mail, announcements and group contest. and

Receiving inactive members is something that happens to us all and we must deal with it.
I think everyone has their reason for joining SFI and that the point of inflexion on the actions of the new affiliate.

Many SFI affiliates access because it is free and then see that not even putting some money in a minimum measure, they'll not be able to progress.

Others believe that this is a get rich quick scheme and scared away without even reading our welcome messages.

I suggest to start from the begging as you would want someone to do for you.
they may just simply be lost and don't know what to do or what step is next to take, or they may even be over whelmed with so much reading. The best thing I have found is to show them SFI is not a scam, tell them about your journey and success. They will become curious and begin to explore again. When they do, follow them, guide them until they too feel as confident as you and begin to build there own pathways through

Good question.

You should know that receiving inactive CSA's is rather rule than the exception.
Therefore, you shouldn't be much surprised.
However, you should treat them as active... at least for a few months.
That is I personally constantly send them team mails, informing them who I am, offering my help, introduce them with numerous benefits, how to get SO with tight budget, into news and events... etc.
That is very good, because you never know when or why some

That's a very good question..because I have just recently received some inactive CSA's
also and what I do is continue to carry out my business as usual..send out your emails to them,,keep encouraging them and let them know about the things you have done that has caused you to move up in your SFI business and also I believe in prayer..keeping praying that they see what you have accomplished and maybe it will open their eyes and make them want progress as well..I hope this helps :)

Continue to offer great support.

E-mail each and introduce yourself. Tell them you are here to help and no matter what their past experience is you are ready for their questions with real answers. Remember that their last Sponsor/co-sponsor tandem may not have offered the support they needed so afford them the same opportunity you would anyone who just joined today as your PSA.

Some will come around and when they do it will be you they thank for the help becoming a strong home

Focus on the ACTIVE CSAs.. Focus on the POSITIVE

Make sure you continue to follow-up on a regular basis to your entire Team including the in-actives. You never know when someone will take initiative and begin working the program.

Focus on the ACTIVE CSAs.. Focus on the POSITIVE

Hope this helps!
