I don't think that winning Pricebenders auctions depends of the use of auto-bidder,why?

Because if you use auto-bidder from the auction beginning you may lose many TCredits. I think that you have to spend a lot of TCredits to use auto-bidder, of course you can win but also lose. Anyway despite that, at least we can win VP and MRP.

I also think that the use of auto-bidder depends on the kind of auction, for example I will put a list of the kinds of auctions and those which have "Y" (yes) are able to use auto-bidder and for the other "N" (no).

1WA = Y
WBF = N
New = Y
Last = N
DP = N
NAB = of course not
Jr = Y (I personally won two auctions using auto-bidder)
Big Dog = N (Never use auto-bidder here, specially if you met with our great friend Bing O.)

Nobody can tell us the best way of winning auctions but here is my humble point of view.

The best way to measure your results in SFI is having clear, specific and measurable goals. Taking a daily planning our tasks and performing them.

Being responsible to our goals and our business and being alert for improvement.
These are things I use daily and think that gives me the excat poitn from where I am and where I want to go.

I think this is the best way to measure our success in SFI.

There are two ways of investing, time or cash.

So if you're short of time you have to invest cash to go on.

But that isn't too bad, because if you are clever you can find ways of growing your business at a cheap price.

Examples:

Set a Standing Order of 125 TCredits for $36.25
Bid on 2X auctions for PSA's and CSA's to enlarge your downline
Use those MRP's to buy something you need.

Once you have active members in your downline you'll make time to support them, as your account fills of $$$ each month.

Perhaps your business will grow slowly but will give you time to spend that is what you don't have and one day you can quit you job and have plenty of time to be a great entrepreneur.

First of all I would say that leading by example, then you have to know or discover the motivation level your downline have. Of course this is possible through permanent communication and feedback.

To show the potential of our business to other people I think the best way is showing them how well is working for us. Nothing more impressive that good results.

Being a good leader and making people knows we are ready to help is another way to make them feel sure the team is working.

Anybody who read and learn consciously the launchpads and the SFI basics will realize we are at the best place to earn money.

I do not know if there is a secret to qualify for the rank of Team Leader. But I can tell you it is not easy if you do not take this business very seriously.

My own experience is a bit unique, since I live in a country that has closed the exchange market to people in general and only allows very specific operations related to the health of people.

Credit cards do not qualify for a Standing Order and if you did, you are taxed at 20%.

All my purchases were done through LocalPay cash resources.

However, once commented the context where every month I try to reach my condition of Team Leader, I tell you how I do it.

I do my daily tasks every day on my To-Do -List and red tabs.

This gives me a total of (11x30) + (38x4) = 330 +152 = 482 Action VersaPoints

Buy 200 TCredits giving me VersaPoints 1661 (sales) and 72 MRP’s. I participate in 2X auctions at Pricebenders and get 200 Action VersaPoints and 2000 MRP's.

So far I have:

- 1661 VersaPoints (sales)
- 682 VersaPoints (action)
- 2072 MRP's


With 2072 MRP’s I buy 1TCredit x 16, and again go to 2x auctions.

So I get 16 Action VersaPoints and 1632 VersaPoints (sales) and 160 MRP’s buy another 1 TCredit and get 1 Action VersaPoint and 102 VersaPoints (sales)

As I got the VersaPoints sales, now I concentrate only on the points of action to reach BTL.

I have 699 action VersaPoints

I buy 30 TripleClicks Digital Gift Cards and distribute them, this gives me 300 action VersaPoints (10 VP each card).

At this time I earned 999 action points and still have to earn 1 VP more.

As we all do, play on all T-Time Prizes Drawing and generally earn about five times a month or more and from there get the VersaPoint I lack.

Searching VersaPoint and knowing that it depends on my ranking, I generated a great excitement.

Finally I get my range of Team Leader, I have often been lucky in the Pick-The-Price contests and I did things easiest.

My own experience with Knockout Trivia has been excellent, I'm achieving BTL this month thanks to the TCredits and MRP's earned. The extra TCredits I've got gave me the Action Versa Points I needed to reach that rank. Plus I've enjoy myself playing that wonderful game. I trully recomend it.

From my point of view, running SFI on autopilot would be a serious mistake for our business.

One of the most important things of our business is the ability to interact with others, using the tools provided by SFI.

Building a team requires personal effort and dedication to maintain a constant asset to the working group.

Automating these tasks would be so bad for us because we would lose the feedback and contact with our members and customers.

It may be that some promotion tasks can be automated to be more efficient, but the core of our business must be very dedicated and most professional way we can.

Receiving inactive members is something that happens to us all and we must deal with it.
I think everyone has their reason for joining SFI and that the point of inflexion on the actions of the new affiliate.

Many SFI affiliates access because it is free and then see that not even putting some money in a minimum measure, they'll not be able to progress.

Others believe that this is a get rich quick scheme and scared away without even reading our welcome messages.

Few are those who join to earn extra income or looking to develop their own business.

I just think what to do with those inactive members weekly and is giving them a consistent message until they can understand what this business is about.

They alone will decide when it's time. Sometimes it seems we are looking for a needle in a haystack, but we must never give up, to have consistency in communication and be aware of their possible response.

Often we wonder whether leaders are born or made .

We can evaluate two theories. On the one hand there are many people who tend to think that the reason there are not many leaders is the need to have a set of innate characteristics. On the other hand , the enormous capacity of modifying human behavior is observed and tend to think that humans can all be aprendido.Los Leaders are born and it is possible to say that leaders are born but also true.

Under the approach we choose to opt for a theory or another. Thus, a theory is based on the born leader , that leadership is a matter of personality and therefore can only be those leaders who are born to such . You are born with these characteristics or not born .

Both theories , although apparently opposed, are partly right . The most suitable personality never reach the leadership if the situation is not conducive to him , and also , the most appropriate leadership situation will not ever a person without the right personality . Therefore, the leadership can say that is the union of a suitable personality in a favorable situation . That is why it is increasingly accepted more easily and in a more general way that leaders are born and made .

You can not deny that there is an inherent potential that comes in our genes. But there is another force, perhaps the most important , which is the set of external influences, acquired through knowledge , experience , interactions , more or less guided and decided by the free will of each individual.

There is no magic wand that will make us leaders of the overnight . Leaders are forged , they go by themselves , and when the time comes , their opportunity , they are there to lead the group to the desired goal.

It follows that innate requirements for leadership are very low. Intelligence , learning and opportunity are the keys of all leadership .

Consequently , leadership is the result of innate personality attached to learning acquired through training and training that leads a person to be the right to resolve a situation in a timely manner.

Quality is an ATTRIBUTE. Quantity is related to "accumulation".

"Do you prefer ten bad apples have to pull, or a healthy apple you can eat? "

From the perspective of a merchant, we have to understand that your target marketing is continually focused on increasing the volume of leads (qty) Same with most AdWords agencies who strive to determine cost-per-customer-potential (CPL) and volume of potential customers and strive to exceed the established goals.

On the other hand, our need to recruit affiliates focuses on these potential customers to achieve the affiliation request. As more potential customers, more recruitment.

However I believe that the concepts of quality and quantity should not be taken into account separately. No we do not have quality if before quantity. This should be taken into account as a main rule.

Our job will be to find that quality in a large number of affiliates, while more are better. So as we make our task of leadership we can be converting that amount of members in some of our more qualified PSA's of our team.

That is for me the only way to shift from quantity to quality.
