Every one of us at some point received inactive CSAs..I managed to make them active by sending them support mails, explaining them what they need to do (if needed task by task), what are the benefits of all what they do..Every member that asked me something, I answered back and tried to help..and guess what - they are active!!
So, do your best to help them and answer all their questions..be patient and you will have results!!
When you receive inactive CSA's you should send them a welcome letter and introduce yourself. You should also send them your email address if they need to contact you. Let them be aware that you are there for them and whatever questions they have you will be happy to assist them in any way you can.
You can also send a team mail to these CSAs if there is not you can send a team mail. If the number is large then you can send the team mail in phases. Remember some will, some will not so do not lose hope. There may be a few who will become active. Even if it is one then that is still better than none.
You can also encourage them to become active by setting up competitions that will give them an incentive if they reach a certain VP for the month or if they log in to do their daily tasks over a set period of time.

Inactive CSA ? The good thing is that within the system of SFI there twice sponsorship ! That is great news and encouragement . Here's how it works ! Each branch has its sponsors , but also has a " super controller " or Co - sponsors , so it is possible that different people in different ways of addressing the same person . Who will succeed in this communication can take place much depends on the way in which that person will be given attention . Since SFI international company and people from around the world led by a great desire to work on line work - go and register yourself but do not have the basic knowledge of internet marketing . From my experiences with affiliates from my country , I have a great experience with affiliates with whom they can talk to the phone and explain to them specifically what to do . So I launched several subsidiaries in the other line . Also , I constantly sending instructions via TM and encourage them to continue to work . And they really start to collect points . Again, stand or rest. It takes a week to contact with branches that are inactive , because it is possible that the information for our being encouraged , for example - to send instructions for daily tasks . However the main node is that branch after registration does not know the system and can not read , and affiliates are wondering - where is the profit . It should be in plain language to explain that it intetnet marketing and that their task is to promote the products in the store TripleClicks , to promote the auctions themselves and to participate in auctions , to create your own blogg . So it encourages creativity . Although I've never done a blogg , thanks to the creative lessons - very quickly after I work six days after registration - I made your blogg . I was very happy ! SFI is an organization that teaches ! Be in constant contact , and affiliates will respond to your efforts . Every effort will pay off . If you do not fight for the branch you will not ever have enough .

Inactive is just that, not active. If you receive inactive CSAs, do not spend to much effort nor time chasing after them.
The same goes for inactive PSAs. Once you determine that they are inactive, add them to your monthly newsletter for
your inactive full genealogy and just send a newsletter once a month. This way you are still staying in contact

As there is saying that " Doing is always better than saying " so my inline never told me to do more but he sent me a gift certificate and receiving that certificate, I felt very excused and decided to work hard for my team because it was signal for me which understood and refreshed my spirit to SFI.
Though I am now just EA2 and after 2 days will become a BTL but my ambitions are sky high towards my mission SFI.
I have divided to do the same to my down lines and would like to advise you for doing it too.
Just send a few dollar gift cards to them and they will do the same to their down lines so this investment will come back to with interest in the shape of commissions from your down line activities,sales and purchases etc.

At one time or another each and everyone of us receives in-active CSAs. Sometimes we might receive some active CSAs. Maybe with having you as their new Co-Sponsor, who knows maybe they will like your style of Sponsorship and might jump right back into working on their business. I have a lot of CSA's who are inactive yes it is a gift to get CSA's you never know when they will decide to become active.
Love your CSAs, active or inactive, because they make you a team. I love my CSAs, all of them, and a few are leaders of their own team and two are very hardworking and rock-solid and soon will get to the very top. I feel like I'd already won a lottery! So welcome them with open arms and keep motivating them, nurture them and help them grow. They have to succeed first before you can succeed. Let us just express our thanks. We can not choose if it is a reward. Just accept it wholeheartedly. If they are not active, perhaps it is now our turn to guide them.

There is not much you can do but maintain your weekly newsletters to all you downline. Hopefully they will be motivated to give SFI another look and if you keep communicating with them and sending them updates, then they may be very likely to start again. You have to make it easy for them. There may be any number of reasons why they became inactive. It could be that they didn't know what to do and they gave up or they didn't have anyone to help them when they needed help. Now that you are their sponsor or co-sponsor, it is up to you to keep the lines of communication open. Don't let them give up. Be there for them as their teacher and mentor them. Hopefully they will come back to SFI and this time it will be for good.

The best and most important strategy in building any business is to become successful yourself. If you do everything right and climb the success ladder your downline both CSA's and PSA's will definitely at some point notice the success track and they will contact you for guidance. It may not happen immediately but it is sure to happen. The road to success is narrow and the road to failure is very broad so when people make a decision to succeed, they will look at the trails and see who is actually successful and reach out to them for help and advice. if no one has been reaching out to you for help, stop and check if you are actually successful because success does not need any advertising, it advertises itself. People want to join the winning team, Be part of the winning team. SFI is the winning business.
There is nothing to do with inactive CSA's rather than keeping working the business the way it should be worked and become successful yourself and let it be something that will draw someones attention to stop, think and ask questions.How did she/he gets there within a short span of time? or what strategies did she/he used to become successful?
