How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

There is no success without some minimal investments. Free things are free but wont get you far enough . My strategy is to guide the new affiliates to the point they accumulate all free VP's as they can. then I will let them understand that to move beyond executive affiliate rank, there is need for a minimal investments. I will tell them the benefits of doing so like going higher in ranks, free monthly CSA's, higher commission, becoming one of the team leaders and so forth. I will not pressure anyone into investing however i will encourage them to continue with the free points while laying down the benefits of moving up and allow them to make the decision later themselves. One of the best strategies is to continue to use the stream post to highlight and congratulate those that are moving higher and this will eventually get the rest of the team in the right direction. Leading by example is one of my best strategies. That is why I make sure that anything I want me team members to do I do it first so that they will see the result and emulate it.

How can you build your SFI business on a tight budget?

Very good question. I found SFI to be one of the best business one can do successfully in a tight budget situation. This is because with proper technics and dedication to follow the steps as stipulated in the SFI Basics as well as tapping into the knowledge contained in the Lunchpad, you only need little monthly investments to remain profitable. For example you can run this business under $50 monthly budget and if you increase it to under $100 you will greatly exceed. Here is how my monthly investment goes. I start with the standing order of 125 T credits for $36.25, you can alternate/substitute it with IAHBE for under $30. Both will give you 1500 VP's needed to re-qualify. I prefer the 125 T credits simply because it helps me participate at the auction which is completely fun. puts me in a position to win a bid and at the same time if I couldn't win any bid I will earn additional VP's for those T credits used, so its a win win situation. Next I like to spend money on new online duplication or sign ups. This you can get under $30 depending on which plan you choose. These online signs ups will help recruit PSA's with no guarantee that each one will be active. This helps you to start acting as a leader even before you get an active PSA. It also helps in redirecting your focus on team building and duplication. Then I will look for something that will help increase my badges like wave3 which is free and need to pay Under $2 for shipping. Then I will indulge in self advertising anyway I can get my link out. I start with sending my link to all my phone contacts as well as social media. If my VP is low on the selling side I simply start buying 1 t credit with my MRP which gives me about 102 VP's. I focus more on training new affiliates to get them stated well and smooth. This is because My upline team leader helped me a lot from the beginning and made me comfortable so duplicate that as well. You can see all my investments falls under $60. and as the month goes by I acquire more knowledge and spend less.

How do I get my downline members to participate in my team contests?

There is not much you can do to get your downline members to participate in your team's contests. Other than maintaining your leadership page with positive information that will either teach a strategy or inspire one to act, I have found maintaining a close communication a good strategy. Most times when I get a new affiliate, I will send him/her a welcome message and reach out to help if need be. Most times they will respond with more questions and I will volunteer to help. so that keeps us in close communication and from time to time I will either send a message about the next step and points needed and offer to help with ideas to move forward if need be. I will leave my phone number and Skype id and ask team members to use it to get me whenever they are stock with some tasks. So by them sending me information via this additional means helps me pass sensitive information quickly and direct to them. Make sure that your contests is simple and clear. No matter what you do, remember that most affiliates will not be active, just accept it and move on. I have learned to work with the workers and leave the quitters alone.

What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

The best and most important strategy in building any business is to become successful yourself. If you do everything right and climb the success ladder your downline both CSA's and PSA's will definitely at some point notice the success track and they will contact you for guidance. It may not happen immediately but it is sure to happen. The road to success is narrow and the road to failure is very broad so when people make a decision to succeed, they will look at the trails and see who is actually successful and reach out to them for help and advice. if no one has been reaching out to you for help, stop and check if you are actually successful because success does not need any advertising, it advertises itself. People want to join the winning team, Be part of the winning team. SFI is the winning business.
There is nothing to do with inactive CSA's rather than keeping working the business the way it should be worked and become successful yourself and let it be something that will draw someones attention to stop, think and ask questions.How did she/he gets there within a short span of time? or what strategies did she/he used to become successful? These are more questions will definitely urge someone to contact you.When somebody contacts you with questions and willingness to do better, this is the turning point you have been waiting for and any advice given will yield positive result.
